Hey I recently got serviced from you guys company and sent out technicians Terrence and his partner. I just want to say that they did an excellent job. Very efficient and came very quick. Answered all my questions and got right to work. Before I knew it, they were done! I called AAA at 9:40 AM and by 9:50 AM they were here and done with the job. will recommend service from them. These guys are the best! Very professional! They changed my tire and had me on my way in minutes.

They ask me in to fill out an application for employment.Then the secretary ask me some questions. Ask when Id like to start, I said tomorrow would be fine, she took my measurements for uniform. Said they would be happy to start me tomorrow, and I could work 5, 6 or 7 days a week. Took my social security card and drivers license, made copys and said she would run the background check and call me that afternoon. Never heard from her again, I know I passed the background check I was just cleared for high security use of explosives clearance thru the ATF with an oilfield company not long ago. I called a couple of times and left my number no response, oh yes the last question she asked me was my age. Im above 50.

Wife broke down in evening rush traffic on the westbound exit ramp to I-35. I arrived shortly thereafter and after trying 5 local tow services to no avail, I contacted AAA who in turn sent Cameron with a roll back to assist. I contacted Ammari dispatcher who was polite and professional and advised that the wrecker would be there in 15-20 minutes. Shortly thereafter Cameron called himself and advised he was about 25 minutes away. He arrived and went right to work placing our 2018 Buick Regal on the rollback in a careful and professional manner. I requested the car be taken to Sewell Buick in Dallas. Cameron stated that he knew the location and would drop my note and keys in the Dropbox at Sewell after unloading the car. Excellent interaction under extremely hazardous situation.

I waiting on this towing company for over two hours on the side of a busy highway in Texas. I called TWICE from my number which is a Mississippi number and no one answered the phone, but when my boyfriend called from his number which is a Texas number and they answered for his number. I will NEVER use this company again.

Got the tow from AAA. They never answer your calls and never showed up. It’s not 4 hours since I ordered the tow. All this high reviews I highly doubt it as bogus reviews. If AAA gives you this company please call them and ask for someone else.

Tow driver Bravo was HORRIBLE!!! He drove very carelessly with the truck he dropped off to us and was very confrontational & rude when I expressed where I wanted him to put the vehicle. He told me he dont have time for all that as he tried to leave the truck in the middle of our drive blocking access to our drive-thru gate. When he did drop the vehicle, he did just that, dropped & burnt off, dragging part of his truck on our loose concrete/gravel causing pieces to fly up & hit myself as well as the truck he dropped off & dragging the rest into the street. Absolutely uncalled for, extremely unprofessional and unacceptable and I will NEVER USE this company. AAA should definitely do better with who they send out.

Hello I had a flat tire with no spare. I called AAA and they sent out Ammari towing. JaMark was very professional and came earlier then expected. JaMark also offered extra services going above and beyond. He did a great job. AAA is smart for using Ammari towing always a good job.
