Terrible management for property rentals. The vendors must be related to them because they do a piss poor job of fixing maintenance issues, one vendor lied to us and on government documents stating he fixed a problem (when he hadnt) because he is too lazy to leave his home. He doesnt want to wear his mask during COVID. Gas leaks, termites have been rampant with neighbors - resulting in loss of wood furniture and they (Century 21) dragged their feet to get it fixed. The assistant and her manager are extremely rude and love to raise their voice at their renters.Find a different company. Otherwise, you WILL regret it.
