I went and was greeted by the lady at the register and the Petsmart Rep that was helping me with getting my pet Fancy Parakeet was helpful.. she asked the right questions to make sure I had everything before I bought my new pet and of course I did. But all in all very nice and also it was clean as well

It is always fun to shop for my dog and cat. I hope theres more variety stuff most espically for the cats and prices more reasonable. A few stuff are just too expensive. Other than that I thank you.Thank you and stay safe

The associate was very friendly and greeted us upon entering the store and thank us upon exiting the store. The prices are reasonable. The store was extremely clean and very well organized. I would refer any family member, friend, or colleague to this location.

Customer service is decent. I used curbside to grab my dogs food. There is not a curbside location to park here so I recommend parking in the front if there are any spots available. Call them then press option 3 to let them know you are there for curbside.

We always have a great experience. When they see one customer, they see one customer. This means, even though a customer may come in with the same question, they treat it like its the first time they heard the question. They are friendly and they make you feel welcomed.

I couldnt find my cats favorite wet food on the three pet sites I use-- out of stock at all! It was getting desperate. Then I found it online, in stock at Cedar Hill Petsmart! I chose curbside pickup for ease and rapidity. When I arrived, I parked directly in front of the store (convenient!), called to let them know I was there, and the employee came out almost immediately! Amazing. Thanks for having just what we needed when others didnt-- and thanks for the great, friendly, rapid service!

I havent been there in a year. The cashier wasnt as friendly as the one I had the last time. He was too busy talking to the other cashier. Then the selection wasnt that great or extensive. The layout was dark and drab.I think Ill stick to Chewy and Amazon for my little furboys.

This is my favorite pet store hands-down. The staff is knowledgeable, very friendly, and eager to help you when you need a question answered. I trust the staff to give me the best advice and not just trying to sell me the most expensive thing that they have on the shelves. When I first Adopted my two cats I was clueless because I haven’t owned a cat in over 10 years and the Manager stayed with me for 30 minutes helping me pick out everything I needed for them. He didn’t try to sell me things I did not need. I would recommend this store location to anyone with pets.

I walked into the store yesterday to look for an ear cleaner for my cat and I walked by an isle where a gentlemen by the name of Jacoby stopped from what he was doing and asked if he could help me find anything. As a former manager, that is the definition of what I considered to be great customer service! I told him what I was looking for and without hesitation, he lead me to the right isle, looked for the product and handed me his recommendation. I was like wow this is what great customer service is! He could’ve kept doing what he was doing with the stock, but he stopped and took the time to help me. The retail industry needs more people/employees like this especially if the business wants to stay afloat. Jacoby is definitely a great asset to PetSmart and he is on a great path to success 🙏🏾

So a few weeks ago I had to go rent a carpet cleaner. My puppy chewed on the carpet cleaners cord. When I saw that I cried and stressed out I had no idea what and how much it would cost. I called the store and they just told me to take it back and get another one. What a relief I did not have to pay anything and I got my deposit back.

They had very fast customer service and had everything I needed !

I booked an online appointment for my dog on on 01/12/2020 for 1:30 pm. I arrived 20 minutes early. I was greeted. There were four visible employees and no animals being serviced at this time. I explain to the employee that offered to assist me how I wanted my dog cut. The employee said the cut I was requesting would not allow my dog hair to grow correctly. I said he has been getting his hair cut for 10 years please cut his hair. I left and called two hours later and ask how was the service coming along? The employee said we’re not quite done we are short staffed. I said ok I’ll call back later. Two more hours went by and I showed up expecting my do to be ready. Unfortunately he was not. The employee told another employee to go and finish up my dog. The employee came from the back with my dog half cut😳. The employee said we are short staff give us a few more minutes. My husband and I walked around the store till closing . When we went to get our dog the cashier says we could not cut his nails he wouldn’t let us . I said couldn’t you have used the muzzle? The employee said we don’t use muzzles on senior dogs. and we believe he has arthritis😵. My husband and I left disturbed by the lack of services and medical speculations.One we got home we noticed his teeth we not brushed and he was SUPER THIRSTY!!! He drank 4 huge bowls of water back to back😱. By the way they removed the charge for nail clipping 🤭. We will not use there services ever!!Respectfully,Can anyone share where we can get great customer services for my dog?

I called to have my puppy groomed...spoke with an associate who said my regular groomer wasnt available but that they could get my puppy in on 4/29 at 9 am...fast forward to today. My husband takes our puppy in only to find out the associate did not book the appointment at all.We were offered a discount by the associate who was present but what a total waste of time. You cant book online and when you call they dont properly book your appointmnet. Horrible customer service especially during these COVID-19 times.

Nice and clean racks are full prices are very clear and readable staff very nice and very knowledgeable when I ask for something instead of wasting my time walking around the store hunting they simply called their supervisor we zeroed in on the target obtained it and mission accomplished ...in half the amount of time. Very nice, clean store. No greeting, two cashiers just standing there and no assistance at all. Glad I was able to call my vet a they walked me thru with finding the items I needed.

They have a wider selection, of the things I need, than Petco and the store is clean and organized. The staff is super friendly. They also help you pick out the correct products that fit your needs. The prices are in line with what other stores are charging. Ill be a return customer for sure.

I was very pleased with my Shih Tzus grooming. Donna and her friendly staff took special care to ensure he was properly cleaned and long matted hair was groomed in an attractive styling! She even pointed out that he may have an ear infection which I found out to be true the next day @ the Vet.

This place is a joke I took my Akita here for a grooming and the first time no problem. Took him back again and ten minutes later received a call to come pick him up he was stressed and he could not be groomed. He was fine when I got there but ok...They suggested I get him some training. So I put him in training and he’s been fine. I called today to set up an appointment to have him groomed and they said well let me look at his file and they turned us away and said I should take him to a vet for grooming??? Keep in mind I explained he has been in training for several weeks almost 2 months now. It’s my opinion from what I see they like to groom toy dogs for the most part. I will have to assume they are not trained or equipped to deal with larger dogs!

The store in itself is nice and welcoming, however, the grooming services are a little iffy.They never had my records on file for my puppy, however this facility is the only one she has ever visited. In the system on my account they changed her breed to Pit Bull Terrier (she is a Labrador) after I corrected it and up-charged me. Whenever she returns from grooming, she is sluggish, very sleepy, extra cuddly, and not her usual self. Upon return from her last two visits, she has gotten sick with runny stool and throwing up.Dont go.

Took our small dog to this location for grooming. The usual time for pickup if you bring your dog in for a morning appointment is around noon. After bringing her in at 9AM...Noon...2PM...3PM...and 4PM hit and still no call for pickup. Upon calling for a status, it was communicated that she was ready for pickup and an extra fee was added for extra hands. This whole situation didnt sit well given the fact that my dog now had a freshly healing cut near her neck. My suspicion is that she was cut during the grooming and they were holding her for it to heal a little before pick up. Extra money was charged for behavior but no mention was given. So I basically paid you extra to cut my dog and not tell me.

For years this has been my go to place for dog food, treats, supplies and.toys. Over the past few years Ive experienced deterioration of customer service and what seems to be an excesdive inventory of higher priced trendy dog food. Dont get me wrong. I believe one gets what they pay for and I do buy Premium kibble for my dogs however they are often out of or only have one bag of what I need in the large size bags. Be nice if they had more than one person in the store at any one time to help customers with questions or even to help lift a large bag from the lowest shelf into the shopping cart or help lift the same from shopping cart to car trunk.

I took my baby girl Mia there to have her nails trimmed, the staff was so kind and sweet, they fawned over my baby and were extremely quick and efficient! I’ll definitely be taking her sister there as well!

There are some good deals if you can find them. And there is a variety of foods for any animal, and supplies for dogs, cats, small animals, and birds.

I asked a question about dogs and they said that they have caller IDs as a threat when all I did was ask one question. They are very rude and upsetting I dont recommend coming to this location

My little poodle came home limping twice. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time because I know my little diva can be difficult about her feet. I think that someone just got mad at her and hurt her leg. Both occasions they claimed her hair was matted when it was not and called half way through the grooming to basically blackmail me into paying extra. Again I think this was because someone got mad at her for being difficult. I know for a fact her hair was not matted because I picked out her little poodle fro before taking her just so it would not be uncomfortable for the dog. They lied... they hurt my dog... they ripped me off... and they did not even show the most basic customer service towards me. I paid the extra fee and I have not been back nor have I bought 1 thing from Pet Smart since. On other occasions before the grooming incident just shopping in the store people are rude when you ask a question and they do not help with anything. I mean this was my spot because I can take my 2 dogs in the store and shop and walk around with them in AC in the summer just to socialize and get a little exercise. I have not returned once to this or any other Pet Smart because they do not deserve my business and they did not take care of my dog when I left her in their care. I dont believe the other reviews are true because the service was bad every time Ive gone in the store even before the grooming incidents.

Just try another groomer. I went once and my dog looked the same wash he did when I dropped him off. I went a second time thinking that must have been a one time occurrence and not only did he look the same, he smelled worse and was wet when I picked him up. They were rushing and did a bath and brush in literally 10 minutes and they charged more than the Duncanville location. Do yourself and your dog a favor and take them a few miles down the road to the Duncanville location.

Would have given 5 stars but my online order pickup in store kept messing up. However when I called customer service to report my problem and told them I missed out on my 5% discount, the associate said she was sending me a coupon to make up for this!

Smaller than others but the staff is great.

Last Tuesday morning, my husband took our Yorkie in for grooming. However, he was stinky within two days. My husband told me it was the spray they used. However, by Sunday the smell was undeniable. They did a poor job of bathing him. When we bath him at home, he doesnt smell within two weeks let alone two days. Ive been trying to get into contact with the manager. Our work hours are conflicting. This is unacceptable

The store is clean, specially the fish tanks, the prices are a little high, but i like the employees are friendly, they seem to care more about the pets in other similar places. The only suggestion is to lower your prices it would be very helpful for all of us pet lovers.

This is for the grooming salon. I scheduled an appt for 4pm...my text messages and email confirmations all state that my appointment was scheduled for 4pm. I arrive 5-10 prior to my appt and Im told I have to reschedule bc my appointment was apparently at 3:40 pm. This is ridiculous...I even took off from work early to make this appt. Never going back to this location.
