This office is clean, efficient, and located in a easy to find area. The customer service Toya gave was excellent and the wait time was minimal. It was easy to make an appt online. We checked in online, waited in the car, and received a text to come in when they were ready.. Machelle drew my childs blood and made the experience easy. He said it didnt even hurt.

Toya and the other lady was discussing tv shows when I walked in. I’m guessing she didn’t feel like working, because she said I needed to call the business office about a past due bill. The website say’s I do not owe anything, my EOB’s show that my insurance has paid my bills. What a waste of time. If you don’t like working on Saturday’s don’t come in. Smh

I went in today Saturday 07/24/21 with my husband and everyone was absolutely amazing! I hate that I didn’t get their name but they were so kind and compassionate and So gentle with me and my husband with our bloodwork. Thank you guys so much.

I’ve brought to of my sons to get blood work done here and both experiences were easy & efficient! The office was clean and organized. The staff was friendly & courteous! We were in and out in no time. I definitely will come back here for further testing needs.

We needed a weekend blood draw on our newborn and while they werent able to find a vein, the location was clean and staff was very helpful and talked us through the process and shared additional information on where we should take our little one for a weekend blood draw bc only certain LabCorp locations have the infant-appropriate needle size. I was impressed with their consideration for our needs. Would definitely recommend coming here for needs older than infant.

My 6 year old needed a draw, we had tried the lab Corp in Mansfield and they people were rude and rough.(he is only a child! Ofcourse he is going to cry!) but the ladies here at this location were so great! Patient and sweet and by time we got home he said “it wasn’t bad it only hurt for a second” 😅 best out come we could have I will definitely go back here again next time! Highly recommend!

It says they open at 7:30 am, it’s now 7:45 and no one in sight, just a line of people waiting to get in, this is very inconvenient, if I would have know I would have went somewhere else. 0 stars

Excellent customer service, my appointment was at 2:00pm and they got me in before that and I was out before my appointment.

The staff was great!I scheduled my appointment online and they got me in on time, very little wait time.

They are horrible. The lady at the front was rude. The nurse who drew my blood was rough, rude and gave me misinformation. Save yourself and go somewhere else.
