Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever had with paying for a service. I rented a frozen drink machine for an event I was having. I followed all the listed instructions and moved the machine indoors. We called for assistance and we were only told to put the machine in a cool place which we did but the machine never made a frozen drink only cold. No one called to follow up nor came out. The next day the owner picked up the machine, we told him of our issues and he could blatantly see the machine was full and not used. He wasted drink mix on the floor and didn’t bother to clean his mess until someone else asked if he need a towel and cleaner. He was just going to leave it. He then told us he would take the machine back and plug it up, basically to prove it freezes but it did not freeze for us for our event after following all instructions. So the owner sent a text and video showing A machine froze for him. Then asked if we wanted the liquid. The event was the day before for a group of people which were now gone from my home. The owner made a comment about he’d been in business for over 10 yrs and he wouldn’t mess it up for a couple hundred dollars but he never offered any refund until I voiced my issues with how the situation was handled and not rectified. The owner then offered $80 which we never got. This was absolutely ridiculous, we try to support our local vendors and don’t give valid compensation when their equipment doesn’t work properly. The machine did not make the frozen drink we rented the machine for, we contacted the company, followed additional instructions and it still didn’t work. Money was wasted on the rental and liquor with absolutely no reconciliation or compensation.

I had no headaches or issues with A Party Solutions business as they worked with me to have everything go smoothly with the double margarita rental process. It went very smoothly with the request and the delivery. The margarita machine was so awesome and the party loved it. It was not sweet and the instructions in how to use them were simple. Thank you for your business and we are definitely going to give you all a call for our next party!

I reached out to them very last minute (day of). I got a fast response and they answered all my questions. Luckily they had just a couple of water slides left, which was what I needed. I rented the slide for the kids to have fun and be safe at home with everything going on. Us adults were able to enjoy as well. He dropped off and picked up the slide at the times promised. The staff was respectful and very accommodating. The set up and take down was very quick. It’s also a bonus that they are located so close to me. Will definitely rent with them next time I have an event or just for fun!

It was a breeze working with Party Solution! This was my first time renting furniture and after doing some research I can confirm that their prices are align and so is the required delivery fee. They offer a variety of colors which was great since many other companies only had white or black chairs. I was looking for brown chairs that matched better with my room. Trailous made the process easy, by walking me through the normal process since it was my first time and answered all of my questions. The chairs were perfect and he delivered and picked up on time.
