Just walked in and lady started saying something to me right off. I did not understand so i looked at her. She said door opens easy, you don’t have to use your muscles. Your joking right. I said Thanks anyway. I’ll go somewhere else.

Place was nice and clean with reasonable prices (which were better than I expected). Attendant was very nice and helpful.

Great safe and clean location to wash all my extra large items.

Business still requires mask. Stop it now. All chairs are turned so NO sitting down. Bathroom is locked. Must wait in vehicle until washer/dryer stop. Only positive: cleanliness.

Very nice staff, good amount of washers and dryers. If you are drying a lot of stuff the $1.50 washers are the best to use, otherwise youll spend a lot more quarters on the little ones

I called with a simple question and the woman who answered was rude and evasive. There are many nearby laundromats with better service.

Staff cool they keep the place clean BUT! I spend a lot of money on the best detergent etc but some of the washing machine has an BAD ODER and when you dry your clothes some dryer machines make your clothes feel burnt / smell like pee or a musty smell... They need new machines ASAP!

Although there could be more of the biggest washers, drying could be free or more time added per quarter, its the respect that most customers have for the place & those that look over the laundromat that has many of us keeping going back.

The on duty clerk told me it wont hurt anything to put your black shirt in your whites When my white were done washing, they were no longer white, rather a completely different color. Upon bringing it to the same clerk attention, she only offered arguments and put all blame on me. When I told her I wanted to speak to the owner, she merely gave me the general phine number for the washateria, adamantly refusing the owner contact information...**** DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY ****

They no longer have wifi for the customers to use. I inquired why they discontinued providing Wi-Fi for the customers and I was told that this was whats the owners wanted

I love coming here to do laundry. It is very clean, and the washers work very well, as do the dryers. The lady at the front is always courteous and pleasant. They have quarter games for the kids, or for you. It does not get hot inside this laundromat, at all. When I need to wash a whole house of clothing, this is my place!

Today is my first time coming to the laundromat very spacious,theres machines everyone. A big plus is the dryers gets very hot and their a quarter. The attendant thats here is very very nice. I live in Oak Cliff but was in Cedar Hill for a doctors appointment today so I decided to wash my clothes while in the area.

I love going here to do my laundry. Its always very clean, the washers and dryers are always in good condition and work well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They always greet you with a smile. My only drawback is sometimes there are a lot of people that come to dry their clothes only, so youll end up having to wait for dryers.

Put my quarters in a 4.00 washer the washer didnt start. Told the lady working there she stated she needed to call her supervisor and run the cameras. I informed her I am not lying then she said it maybe due to it not being ran all day. She kept repeating she needed to get her supervisor on the phone to run the cameras. Informed her to call her supervisor why would I lie over 4.00?? Eventually she threatened to throw me out if I continued to be upset. I told her since she think i am lying bring her supervisor up here so she can see putting my quarters in the machine. By then people were starting to look and she was embarrassed and put another 4.00 in the machine and it worked.

The place is clean and well maintained, the prices to wash and dry are very good, there are double, tripple and 5lb washers, and they also have a drop off service.

I spent $20 for my clothes alone and my clothes were still wet. I told the lady managing the facility and was told I needed to put more money in! They need to clean out the lint traps!!!! She didnt want to listen to me. Watch out with these owners and manager!

So just had a dryer quit three minutes in and the attendant cant issue a refund even though she can see the dryer has an OP code on the screen. Why did she even come over instead of simply asking me would you like me to take your name and number for a possible refund? It was super frustrating and if my plumbing wasnt acting up I wouldnt even be here.

Local but I wish the dryers where free especially if Im spending $2.75 a load. Other than that I love that there is a wash and fold service available for those always on the go.

On Google maps it states that they close at 10pm. I DROVE FROM MIDLOTHIAN and got there at 8:30pm. They turned me away and said the last wash was at 8pm, even though the sign on the door it says 9pm😡😡😡😡😡😡

I used to come here when we first moved to our house before we got our washer and dryer. The owners are very friendly and they walk around to check up on things periodically. They have a lot of machines to choose from and several dryers. Every time we went, our clothes came out great, never had an issue with discoloration or staining. Never had any of the machines break down or anything. Theres plenty of seating and they have tvs going as well as some arcade games for the kids. The vending machines worked as well. Its definitely one of the nicer laundromats Ive been to.

In and out with no problems a great selection of different size washers .

The place looked a lot friendly from the outside. The place seemed dirty and the sink smell like feces. It was not the worse experience but not worth it for the money I paid.

Theyre making WAAAY too much money to have JUST the fans blowing in the MIDDLE of AUGUST in TEXAS! With what theyre charging ($1.75) to wash clothes for essentially 25 minutes, they should be able to have CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING instead of 30 Steel Lasko fans blowing and circulating hot air.

Also offer Wash & Fold service. Extra large washers!!!

You can get a lot of laundry done in 2 hours or under, if you come during an ideal time, and are pressed for time. They have 4 extra large dryers that dry large loads in 30 minutes (very helpful).
