My wife loved Ms. Johnson even supported her after she left Zales. She brought me a bracelet from her 2 years ago that was $500 and we recently went to have it cleaned only to find out it was cosmetic jewelry and wasn’t it even worth $50. She spent her money on something that was described as real. Never again!!!

Don’t waste your time getting anything appraised or looked at here, I was just charged $25 plus tax for someone to give me terrible (wrong) information about a ring my husband purchased for my Birthday! Also the Google picture associated with their listed is not a true representation of their establishment!!! As much as I would have liked to have patronized this Black owned business, my experience was overwhelming disappointing and utterly dissatisfying! You’ve been warned!!!

I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the world!!! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have gotten all my jewelry worked on with Johnson’s repair. They are very fast on the turn around time. I will continue to shop with them and get my jewelry repaired through them!!!

I took a tennis bracelet to have a chain added to it to keep it from falling off of my wrist and had some other pieces but the price she quoted was too expensive. I left the bracelet and decided to go to Big T Bazaar and get my necklace Soldered. I walk around the corner and see her getting my bracelet fixed at the Bazaar for I’m sure much cheaper and am feeling as though my bracelet diamonds were tampered with which was why I wasn’t taking it there myself. I do not trust them and will never refer there!

Family owned business! Upon arrival I was greeted with the utmost professionalism! I forgot a vital piece of jewelry for my sisters wedding, and within10 hrs Don and his team were able to not only replicate it, but make it better; at a better price point that I originally purchased it for.

Just went to this establishment and the receptionist said they just left out and will return on Monday. Its 4:10pm and Google says they close at 5pm. I asked do they normally leave before closing and the receptionist said yes, if theres not a lot of business. Very Unfortunate because I wanted to purchase jewelry for my husband.
