I am very pleased with the friendly service that I received, thank you Laura. My hearing test was thorough and professionally done by Michael Young. He explained every step during the process and educated me on how important it is to be able to hear better and not just to get by only hearing parts of a conversation. If anyone is not sure if they need hearing aids, go talk with Michael.

We are so grateful for Nathan & Laura at the Cedar Hill location. We had been encouraging my dad to get hearing aids for years. He finally decided it was time, so we setup an appt. Mr. Nathan was super efficient, patient, and professional. The appt went so smooth, plus it was great that Livingston HA took his insurance. Ms. Laura took care of all the paperwork!
