This by far has been the worst UPS Store I have ever used! First let me say I had no idea that there was a difference between the type of stores they had I was advised today this is.a privately owned and operated store and USP could not help me ! So I advise anyone reading this post not to use this business take your packages etc to “United States Postal Service”, where you are not treated like third class citizen.This is just another way for a team of people have taken advantage of the system in order to become wealthy! Please ask them are they a “Franchise /privately owned which means it’s a for profit only !!!!!!! it’s all about the money they take no responsibility for damages, lost packages and the people taking your money have no knowledge about the service please stop using these stores !,,,and in order to post this I had to give it one star. This store does not deserve a star, if I was in Texas I would be out in front of the store with a picket sign !
The only reason that I am giving one star is because giving zero is not an option!I have been trying to resolve an urgent issue regarding an undelivered package since June, and it is now September 2, 2021. After being told 4 different stories (lies) none of which were remotely close to being the same regarding the package by staff.When asking for a manager, no matter when you call a manager is never available. I was told on one occasion that the manager was in the bathroom, after waiting 45 minutes on hold, I then hung up and called back, only to be told that she was still in the bathroom another hour. I have had the same staff that answered the phone and said that the manager wasnt available, to come back to the phone, and pretend to be the manager, after letting him know that I was aware that he wasnt management, he admitted it.I was later told (contrary to the last Four lies ) that it was delivered to the correct apartment the next day June 17th.WOW!! The package was addressed to a Law Firm, not an apartment complex.They later said that it was delivered to the Law Firm and signed for with the signature BOSS, More lies . First of all This prominent law firm has and does not have anyone signing for packages since the beginning of the pandemic, and there is no one there with the name or title Boss. The main attorney and paralegal would have been the only one who would have receieved and scanned in the document immediately upon receipt of them, they did not, and has stated that they were not delivered to them. Over $4000.00 worth of time sensitive legal documents lost by UPS.Ive left messages for the manager and the reginal manager, no return callThe reginal manager along with a new employee was the one that assisted me when I initially sent the packageNone of the employees knows his name or work schedule, the same with the supervisor, the same when you ask about the owner. Their answer to everything is I dont Know, or unavailable.I could maybe see not giving this information, or no return calls by management, if I was irate, or rude in any way, but I was not, though I hadevery reason to be.Tried reaching out today again . I was told, She just left referring to manager.Please if you have anything of importance or value, do not use this location!!!!! Poorest/worse customer service ever!No way to file a grievance.I will be searching for the owner information as well as reporting this location to the Better Business Bureau
I have always had good service here...but the doors and the windows are so dirty. I know they are busy but it makes the place look nasty and unprofessional.
Not professional at all!! Especially the women... They will lose your mail and act like it is not important!!! Do NOT DROP ANYTHING OFF TO HAVE PUT IN MAILBOX, UNLESS U WATCH THEM!!! OTHERWISE DO NOT LEAVE THE STORE UNTIL THEY PUT IN CORRECT MAILBOX... NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL... THE male manager was helpful.. As far as employees they are not helpful...
I do not recommend using this facility. I shipped a critical box next day morning at 2:19pm and it was not scanned in until after 6:30pm and missed the delivery time. I was informed nothing could be done to expedite this issue and no refunds could be issued at this time despite me now paying more than double the shipping rate. Highly recommend going to FedEx instead.
This store is usually busy, however the staff is friendly and helpful no matter how busy it is. They are more than helpful. They take care for notary and shipping needs and they ALWAYS answer their phones. Friendly, helpful, efficient. Thank you UPS.

Lady named Brittany helped me, I said Hi she didnt respond. Had a dry attitude the whole time. Doesnt seem to like her Job. I own a business. Customet services is key. Dont feel like she should work in a customer service environment if you cant greet or be polite with your customers!
This is the best UPS store,the team is very professional and fast this is the reason I go there even if I have to drive a little more.

Witnessed an employee who works there. I think his name was manish just completely belittle a young girl who looked like an employee . So incredibly embarrassing and uncalled for . Taking my business elsewhere. No one deserves to get yelled at like that. So shameful.

My sister recently went to interview at this facility and after the manager, Manish, made her wait half an hour after the interview was scheduled, he ridiculed her and embarrassed her in front of employees and customers by making it seem as if she was the one making him wait. He then continued by asking her to apologize to him and when she declined, because she had done nothing wrong, he rejected her job application and said “I will no longer be needing you”. I cannot believe someone like this is a MANAGER and the way he handled the entire situation is disgusting. Please don’t come to this facility.
Alan is so patient and helpful, especially with those who are technologically challenged, or of a certain age. I drive past another UPS Store close to where I live to come here. A bonus is that while we are on reduced customer capacity in the store, the waiting area is shaded and breezy most of the day.

There are two employees who are fused to ship my documents because they requested additional information that was never requested from another store. The assistant manager was not help and they stood by the drop box to immediately take my package out. I had to drive to Addison to ship my documents which they did with no problem. I how ignorant the staff is in Cedar Hill.

Customer service is excellent! But this store is way too hot, I was waiting in line sweating more if i was standing outside. If i couldn’t stand the five min that i was standing in line imagine the employees that have to work for hours in this heat. I bet with these masks on is even harder to breath when is hot

Never had a bad experience at this UPS store. The only reason Im writing this review is because Im just letting them know they need to do a better job of phone customer service. Ive called three times. The first two times, it rang once and a recording came on saying they havent set up their voicemail. The third time, it rang a few more times and then I got the same recording.
Rude and disorganized. They made an announcement that if your package was labeled and you didn’t need a receipt, then to move over to a different line. I did, then he said never mind thus making me move all the way back to the line again. Ignoring me when I asked about what he had just said too. He treated me as if I was skipping in line when I wasn’t. I was just listening to what the guy had just said and it happened to apply to my package.
The staff is always friendly. I have used many of their services and always leave satisfied.
We needed photos for a UK visa, so they were sized differently from regular passport photos. The staff here was fantastic; the manager took the trouble to verify the dimensions, take multiple photos, measure them accurately, and cut them to the exact size we required. He went out of his way to help us. It was fabulous service and attention to detail. THANK YOU!
Wow! What a Special group of young men and women I had the pleasure of being assisted by! Evan greeted me along with his co-workers, with a bright smile for sore eyes! After a long day at work no one wants to enter a place of business only to walk in and not even be acknowledged that you are there! Dont trust shipping anything from this store. You need to stand there and make sure the label is put on your package. They will take your money and put your package to the side. After experiencing excellent customer service from the Waxahachie location, I refuse to return to the unprofessional and disorganized Cedar Hill location. Waxahachie location is worth the drive!!!

Well, this.location had normally been a-ok with me, and the customer service.has always been a.favorite.of mine. However, when I went to pick up a package, they couldnt.find it. Puzzled, I was told about UPS.process and that it was not found anywhere in back. Still puzzled because the email gave detailed message.and I was still told that it had.not.been delivered. I left and went to my car.to research it and found USPS scanned it.and delivered it. I then went to the Cedar Hill Post Office and spoke to the Supervisor and showed him my email, he then pulled tracking info and printed out a map showing me his carriers steps to deliver my package.to UPS and that it was delivered at 11:11 on Sept 4th. I then returned to UPS and showed the employee the map and explained my package made it here and that.the USPS guy.scanned it in.and walked inside UPS. She then went in back to look for it on video only to return empty handed saying shell call me. I told her i needed that item this wknd and that it was a high powered blender. Well, i left and was almost home when she called saying she found it. What a coincidence after I told her what was in it, she so happened to find it😒 Hummm. This sounds pretty suspicious to me and i dont like it😔 This is unfortumate. I really like this location and i sure hope this doesnt happen again.Signed,Cautiously Optimistic
They need new management or need to be alot more cautious. Fedex, I have never had problems with. Post office, I have NEVER HAD PROBLEMS WITH. ups is the first. Definitely wont be using them ever again. They gave me a tracking number...it doesn’t work. So now I have to wait for my package to come back. They claim its the system....if thats the case FIX IT! Terrible business
This UPS Store is non-stop busy and they always tend to have everything under control. They are fast and efficient. If there is a problem just let them know and they will work on satisifying your needs!

Service: 5/5-I had to drop off two packages. I didnt wait more than a minute-I got a receipt for each package without asking unlike other locations-In and out in under 5 minutes, excellent and efficient
The customer service service here is Horrible every time I call or go there. I put in a refund claim because I package arrived broken. The claim was confirmed with the store manager on Jan. 8. The check was mailed to the store on Jan. 17 but as of Feb. 2 nobody knows about the refund check. They always blame it on customer service yet the check was sent to the store. No one will take accountability and the manager Rodger is never available!! Deanna is very rude and unprofessional. When asking her questions about the refund process and/or refund she walked off saying she don’t do refunds. At one point I was on the phone with customer service while in the store and She didn’t even want to talk with customer service when they ask to speak with her.!!!!Update!!!!Oh and this review is for the only Cedar Hill UPS Store on Beltline next door to the Pizza Hut and Grate Clips.I have received my refund after my husband talked with a “manager”. We still had to wait for the manager to issue a refund through Chase online bill payment system. I believe he cashed the refund check from corporate and had no intention of giving my money back if I didn’t ask for it. Also, it does not surprise me the young lady at the store would give wrong names based on her nast attitude.AGAIN THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE UPS STORE IN CEDAR HILL ON BELTLINE NEXT DOOR TO THE PIZZA HUT AND I WILL NOT REMOVE MY REVIEW.

Horrible experience. I delivered a DHL envelope to them that needed to be delivered the next day by noon in Mexico City and they did not give to the DHL person. Blamed it on DHL. DHL blames it on them. No one will take accountability. Tried to post this with no stars but one is the minimum.

One of the better ran UPS stores I have been to. Younger employees are on top of their responsibilities. Sometimes the line can be long but its not employees fault. Every register is open.
Horrible parking, horrible service and theres usually a wait. The kids that work there try to ignore you until they cant anymore. Its very obvious they would rather talk and play with each other than to do their jobs.
