Finally, they are easy to do business with, I didnt feel like they were selling me! It felt more like a conversation that naturally ended with us becoming a client. Thats different!

Our company hired Technagy to help us navigate a Meraki switch upgrade and consolidation plus an addition of a fiber cable run to our video lab from our server room. The guys at Technagy did a super job of recommending an appropriate level of licensing that saved us money, they planned out the project, worked with our internal team on the switch configuration, and handled the installation of the fiber cable. Their expertise in network hardware and configuration, their knowledge of Meraki equipment and their relationship with Meraki, their communication, and overall professionalism were excellent. I would highly recommend them to any company needing networking services.

We were having internet issues with no phone or WiFi which made helping our customers extremely challenging! Shadi and his team went above and beyond coming out that same day, fixing our issues and even playing go-between when Frontier was giving us the run around.
