TRULY A 5 STAR EXPERIENCE!! I had a tight fitting bridesmaid dress that had difficult material and waited till the last minute for alterations b/c of scary alteration experiences in the past. But let me just say, Gladys was some of the BEST service Ive ever received. Not only did she quickly turn around my request, she was very kind and professional. I felt valued as a person and customer which is not common these days! ! She doesnt over charge and does such a good job, it looks better than the original! I get married soon and I cant wait to come back! If youre searching for a good tailor and you see these reviews, just know they are 100% honest. I ordered this beauty and the bottom was too big and the top didn’t have cups. Mrs. Gladys added my cup size and altered my bottom to fit my body. It came out perfect and I didn’t have to go through the hassle of reordering.. she legitimately looked at my body and altered it in two day leaving it fitting perfectly. She has a gift!!

I just moved back to the area and I am in a wedding at the end of the month. I needed to find a tailor quickly! I googled “tailors near me” and I found Gladys. I took a leap of faith, brought in my bridesmaid dress, put it on, told her my vision for how the dress should fit and she went right in and knew exactly what to do! The dress needed to be resized significantly and she was able to do the work and return the dress after 1 week. I was so pleased to get the dress back and it now fits like a glove and is so comfortable! I am short and petite and have several items I am taking to her so she can work her magic! We had a super experience at Gladys tailor. She is kind, warm, welcoming and personable. Super spirit and does a great job!We took my daughter’s formal for alterations. She’d originally told us it would be a few days. Within almost 24 hours she was done. The dress was altered perfectly. It fit my daughter to a T. She steam cleaned it and had it ready more than timely. I’m completely satisfied and will be taking other items over for Gladys to alter.
