We have used Proactive prior to the most recent service and they were wonderful therefore they were our first call when a new problem came about. Craig is very knowledgeable and he and his team are always professional. Proactive will care for your home as if it were their own.

Ive been using Proactive for almost 10 years now. The owner Craig and his team have blown me away. I have honestly not worked with a company that has made me feel like such a first priority.They have done everything from quarterly treatments of my house to protective installs and repairs on my roof (and in my attic) to prevent critters. I virtually have Craig on speed dial any time we have a problem. And when I call, a guy is at my house sometimes within the hour.Last thing: these guys go the extra mile. I just had Craig over today to look at something on my roof. He determined that it was a problem with my gutters, and then he took a half hour to fix a clog in my downspout (which ultimately wasnt his problem to deal with!).Im just saying, these are the guys you want.

Craig provided a great experience with his service. He was very knowledgeable about the termite issue we were having. Not only did he provide service, he explained what would occur following the service (due to weather following service) so that we wouldnt get alarmed. We followed his directions, called him, he made a follow up visit and we feel confident in the service he provided.

Craig was right on time, very thorough, and knowledgeable on all aspects of my concerns. He made my emergency, his emergency and Im grateful he was able to come out the same day I called. Ill slept a lot better that night! 5 Stars, hands down.

Absolutely the best pest control service I’ve ever used. Craig was very thorough. I’ve had various pest control services in the past but they never took the time to show me inside and outside of my home preventative measures and so much more. They also included the attic as well. Which turned out to be very crucial considering the finding (rat feces). Of course I did hear rats and traps were set to catch the critter. I highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed.

My wife and I stopped in today. I had a great time. While my wife was mainly interesting in finding someone to help us with a little roach problem, I was captivated with their live insect and spider collection.I study insects for a hobby, however I have never had the chance to handle a hissing cockroach... until today. Yes they have them along with several other exotic species. But to hold a hissing cockroach for the first time was such a rush. It was not the only roach I was able to handle but this one felt special. they have spiders too.Also deserving of an honorable mention is the beautiful snake, lizards and frogs they have.And while I was acting like a kid in a candy store my wife found the solution we need to we need to look at our finances and we are going to let them take care of our problem. My wife was excited about the price and said it was very reasonable. So right after I get back from vacation I am going to have them come out.I like to talk and I can go on and on about our visit. But I will spare you.I gave it 5 stars because the staff know their bugs and because I got to handle an insect that I had only read about and seen on TV. I also got to see a live whip scorpion for the first time. I have been looking for one in the wild for years. They managed to have a lot of creatures that I have wanted to see with my own eyes but cannot find out in the wild.Oops told you I tend to ramble. Long story shot, if you have a pest problem call these guys. If you like exotic insects and want an up close look then stop by. :)

My toddler was bitten by fire ants in her crib at 3am so of course I called an exterminator first thing the next morning. These folks arranged things to be out just a few hours later and treated our home, took extra measures in the childs room, and were very professional and courteous as well as informative and affordable. I am very impressed and will be happy to use them again!

Proactive has been our regular pest control company for about the last 15 years and has always provided us with the best and courteous service. This summer, after finding bed bugs in my sons bed at 3am and making him get up and shower in the middle of the night, we called Proactive first thing in the morning. They were able to come out the next day and properly treat and eradicate the problem. We have people constantly knocking on our door trying to get us to switch companies, but why would we switch when they provide such excellent, honest and well priced service?! Give them a try! Youll be glad you did.
