I truly appreciate The Gates of Cedar hill. The property is clean, the unit’s are bug free, and the staff is freakin amazing. Big ups to my new found friend GiGi in the office. She is on top of things and request in that office. Just a app around amazing experience. I would refer anyone to move here.

I toured this property and loved it. Mrs.Gigi who works in the leasing office is very nice and respectful and gave me all the detail information I needed to lease one of their beautiful apartment. The community is very clean and nice. Mrs. Gigi even kept in touch with me and is helping me through the application process. I recommend definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to lease in the Cedar Hill area.

This is a great and safe community...I lived here for 3 yrs and it has been a wonderful experience. The grounds are well kept, the front office is always friendly and very helpful (especially GG)...maintenance is awesome and the neighbors are friendly too. I look forward to renewing my next lease!

Went to The Gates Today to see if they had any 1 BR available. They didnt. But I have to give praises to GiGi!! Her Presence was so Inviting and So NICE. Even though they did not have any Availability she still went over Pricing and information about the Apartments. In today time Customer Service has went out the Door. But she Rocks!!!

The gates was my absolutely best experience in apartment living. The staff was friendly and made a point to remember you by name. They are all very professional, including maintenance. The property is well maintained, quiet, and peaceful. I lived at the gates for almost 2 years and would have stayed if I didnt have to relocate to another state. They were highly recommended to me and did not disappoint.

To the Management and staff of the Gates of Cedarhill, you guys ROCK I’ve been a resident for 7 years now and I’m very pleased, you guys make sure all request are handle with the utmost here at the Gates, I know the weather was out of your control but, I struggle with Rheumatoid Arthritis and have good and bad days, but this weather does not help me, I’m however Thankful to have water and power during this storm, thank you again for your great management staff God Bless .

The Thing I dont Appreciate is receiving a notice stating I owe money at 4:50p.m knowing yall close at 5p. Very unprofessional. Please explain to me what money I owe after paying my full rent.

I love living at The Gates! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is very attentive whenever you need something fixed. It is very quiet and the grounds are well kept. The pool is always clean which is nice to swim in with the hot summer weather. The gym is small but clean. I only wish it had small free weights to use. Otherwise, great place to live!

I have lived her for a couple of months now and I havent had a single issue that wasnt resolved immediately! The office staff seems to be on the same page about things. The maintenance staff is AMAZING! Just about everything that was wrong when I moved in (minor stuff like sockets not working, closet door not closing, etc) was immediately fixed. I had an eye sore of a tree and they cut it down. They are always friendly and responsive! This is an amazing place to live and quiet. P.S. I havent had a single maintenance request take more than 48 hours to fill.

Just love my new home. Management is caring and so awesome ! The place is well taken care of. Plenty of parking spaces and such a quiet and beautiful community.

Ive lived here for a year and a half and havent had a bad experience yet. Any maintenance issue weve had (all minor) have been fixed immediately and its apparent that the property management cares about the appearance of the complex and cares about the residents. If youre needing an apartment in the Cedar Hill area I would absolutely recommend The Gates.

Absolutely fabulous people in the office. I live there in 2004 and loved the place so much I went back to see if it was still fabulous. Turns out the same management owns it and they are still just as wonderful period isnt well maintained property with great staff and the location couldnt be better

Beautiful apartments! The assistant manager was very friendly and welcoming. Much more than the midtown...*UPDATE* 5->4We moved in and our apartment REAKED of cigarette smoke. The staff was very attentive and did everything in their power to help us with it. We ended up having to move out sooner than we wanted due to health issues caused by the smell. We left on really good terms with the staff, but there was only so much they could do to help us with the hazardous smell.

My husband and I just renewed our lease and Im so glad we did. This will be our 2nd year leasing with this apartment and we couldnt be so glad. We had a minor hick up and with our understanding lease managers in office we came up with a great solution and we are so excited. It wouldve been hard to leave especially considering how the community is so quiet and youre literally 15-20 minutes away from everything!!!! The office functions are beautiful and the staff is really good at compromising with you. Maintenance is extremely fast and Ive come across an issue with my orders being answered. Karizma is a ABSOLUTE sweetheart!!! Overall, these apartments are magnificent!

I love this complex. Maintenance is ALWAYS prompt, the staff is more than helpful. The only reason I’m only giving 4 stars rather than 5 is bc the appliances are super out dated - anytime I run my dishwasher or stove/oven my apartment gets up to abt 73-75 degrees and it takes hours to cool off. But the grounds are clean - my apartment was LITERALLY SPOTLESS when I moved in. I definitely plan on renewing my lease.

I lived there for 5 years, they; meaning the office staff, maintenance staff and the manager NEVER gave me any concerns or reason to be worry about anything. I loved the way they do business. If I ever go back to apartment living, I will start there.

The front office staff is extremely helpful. Jewel is always kind.

The worst place I have ever lived. The office staff is extremely unhelpful and rude. I have submitted over 10 maintenance requests to have the dishwasher in my apartment fixed and it is still not working. Also, they keep the tiny hole in the wall they call a gym a sweltering 80+ degrees and will not cool it any further despite multiple requests. The worst part is is that I ended up here because a sister property of theirs, the colonies in Desoto, lied to me for months about why they kept having to move my move in date back. Come to find out the day of my move that a massive and persistent bed bug infestation was the cause, after being told explicitly, multiple times that no maam we have never had a bed bug problem there are NO bed bugs in that apartment. If you want to spend too much money to consistently have things you are paying for not work or not up to par come waste your cash here.

I have been a resident of this community for twelve (12) years.The only reason for my feeling comfortable with this extended stay are for three (3) reasons:A) Excellent Management;B) Maintenance Services;;C) Clean and Quiet Environment

Staff is very friendly however ants are very bad no matter how many times pest control comes to spray! Only issue that has upset me the most besides the ants is that someone stole my mirror and the motor that controls it on my drivers side of my truck and I have a gut feeling it was the neighbor behind me who has the same truck who just so happen to have an expiring inspection sticker when the theft occurred!
