Sink, shower and toilet repair on first visit and a garbage disposal installation on second trip. We found him to be fair, informative and efficient. Great piping arrangement, drip pan for emergencies (when old) and the soldering job on every connection was solid. The work was done well. The technician was polite and competent. $350 for considerably less than 1 hours work felt pricey to me.

Dial One was the second plumber to come by my house for a water leak in the water line in my front yard. The first plumber gave me a quote for a worst case scenario, which had me scared and caused me to delay getting the repair. I called Dial One at 11a and they were at my house by noon!!! They came with two plumbers ready to assess the situation. They told me that they could hear the leak and felt confident they could access it without too much digging. I was given the cost based on THAT problem, instead of scaring me with the worst case scenario. Before they even began digging they let me know that the age of my house meant I probably have a certain piping system that would fail and so I need to prepare to replace it at some time, but not today. His confidence made me feel confident enough to move forward! It was found that the leak was due to a shoddy repair of the water shut off valve from the people who flipped my house (big surprise) and the repair cost less than a quarter of the worst case scenario cost! They also provided me added value by replacing the box so I can easily access the valve and fixing a running toilet inside at no additional cost! These guys were quick, professional, personable, and went over and beyond. I’m very impressed and thankful for them!

Finally got my answer today very small leak. But Dial One gave me $5000. 00 fix plus $555.00 to test plus $69.00 to just come and did nothing. Of course I didnt take them but it is just disappointing that you always have to double and triple check all this companies that claim honesty.

The company sent someone out with less than 24 hours notice. The tech was professional. I needed to have an outdoor hose faucet replaced. He was able to quickly troubleshoot a odd/unique fitting situation and adapt the new faucet to fit my supply line in the wall. The redone masonry work was superb. All in about an hour. I would highly recommend.

I called that morning because both of my furnace units in my home had stopped blowing warm air on a cold day. The rep advised that they could not get to me until the next day but would try to fit me in the same day if they could. They ended up calling me later that day and was able to fit me in same day. The tech arrived and was very professional. He diagnosed both of my units and had both fixed in under 45 minutes. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

I appreciate the quick response time and the job well done. I do feel like the rates are extremely high. For a job that took less than an hour of labor, I think 250.00 is very high. And this is supposedly with a bargain 49.00 knocked off. So it would have cost me normally 300.00 for about a 1 hour job. Once again the technician did a fine job, which I am thankful for, but it may be worth shopping around and doing some price comparisons before you go this route. They are friendly and pleasant to deal with and responded quicker than most companies could, so for that I am thankful. I know plumbers are not known for their cheap rates anywhere. But as in all things, it pays to shop around if you have the time to do it.

Dial One responded quickly when I called. My plumber, James was professional and personable. He replaced my water heater and brought things up to code. Looks good and tidy. It was not cheap for sure, but I think I got good value for my money.

I had used Dial-One Johnson for the first time around June of 2019 and was extremely pleased with their service technician James B. He was amazing in fixing our hot water heater issue. I had told him about another MAJOR issue I was not prepared financially to tackle at the moment. A pipe in the upstairs restroom had leaked on the ceiling of my downstairs master bath. I stopped all use to that upstairs bathroom completely. After it being down for over a year, we decided to get the issue evaluated and fixed. I reached back out to Dial-One Johnson and requested for James to come back out. James came and traced the problem of our leak. He also coordinated the work of the subcontractor to patch the hole in my ceiling and replace the subfloor underneath my the upstairs toilet, as well as, replaced the linoleum floor with an all inclusive price for it all. James B is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and a subject matter expert in his field. I am pleased with the workmanship of Dial-One Johnson and their partner in making this experience painless. Jonathan was great! Thorough and meticulous inspection of the AC in our little 1936 home, and no pressure to sell more services - just honest evaluations and options to repair/replace/leave alone. My AC system quit working this morning. Dial One was able to get someone out to look at it this afternoon. They worked around my work schedule to make it convenient for me. The technician, Jay, explained what was broken, gave me several options for repair, and gave me clear estimates of the time and cost involved. Ive used DIal One Johnson for several projects since I moved into the Money Pit. They have always been professional and polite. Ive felt like their service staff are honest and sincere. This time they replaced my old A/C which had caught fire. I got a new 3 Ton 14 SEER A/C, 2 new high tech thermostats and some duct work for right around $7500. No one is ever happy when they have to spend that amount of money, but the guys from Dial One made it as painless as possible.

My fiance and I have had 2 very pleasant and easy experiences with Brian H. at Dial One. We decided to replace our old water heater back in February to avoid any future issues that it was probably bound to have and Brian was super knowledgeable, quick, professional, and easy going all at the same time.
