Horrible tax prayer for me, I never had that experience in few past years, do not go there and ask for mahshid khademhir. NEVER. she was so slow its takes so much time over the phone and she made many mistakes, I lost all my identification info when she mail my tax paper to me, also I had lack of documentation and she was not honest to me and always said your refund its in process but it was not and I got mail from IRS with delay why did not get my federal refund, miss khadmhir did not take any responsibility and not even answer my phone after called her back to back, she wants to charge me more if could help, finally I send my documentation to IRS and fillup extra form myself and still not get my federal refund in june!!!! I am really unsatisfied and never do with H&R block again. they makes so much trouble for me.
