I went here once for an interview a long time ago. Things were going really well, and then this older German gentlemen came into the room with 4 other engineers and asked me a bunch of trick questions. Pretty sure they didnt even make sense thinking back. Needless to say things went downhill from there. I didnt get the job, but now I design submarines for the US navy, so things out I guess. As for the pool vacuums, couldnt tell ya!

Peter was very helpful and resolved my issue. I had a Rover junior for 18 years. I decided that it was time for a new unit and while I had an issue with the power supply Peter resolved it for me and I could not be happier. Aqua products makes a great product.

Jacqueline Braddell was an incredible help to me today. She was just so sweet and a pleasure to talk to. It is so rare these days to be treated nicely when dealing with an issue over the phone. She was able to take of everything in less than 10 minutes. Give her a raise!!

They do NOT stand behind their products if you have a problem. Also, terrible customer service if you need a repair. They have a bad track record of returning calls (if you can get through) or responding to email.My (not inexpensive) pool cruiser stopped working in the 2nd year. It was only used once a week for two seasons (NY season - 4 months). However because it was only 1 year warranty, they would not repair under warranty despite obvious manufacturing defect.They would repair if I paid shipping both ways, plus $140, with no warranty on the repair.I made the mistake of going ahead with them repairing it. They have had the cruiser going on 4 weeks now and nothing but silence about when I may expect it back. I should have just bought a new pool cleaner from a more reputable dealer.P.S. I emailed MR. Ferry, a vice president, as instructed in the response below; and surprise, no response.So much for we always stand behind our products, and we will be happy to discuss it and work it out.

Couldnt be happier with my service. Had an Aqua Bot Jr that was having a little trouble. Sent it back to Aqua Products for repair. Not only did they fix the problem I mentioned but also fixed a few other things I didnt realize were an issue. All under warranty and they paid for shipment back to me. Nicole at the Help Desk was also very helpful, prompt and friendly.

I have to agree with Garrett. I have a Breeze 4wd thats three weeks old, has stopped working and have been unable to speak with anyone in tech support let alone get a call back. I understand this is a busy time of year but your business didnt start yesterday so you should be aware of the increase customer requirements and staff accordingly. Im sure you realize customer service is an important part of your business but as a customer its not apparent. In the meantime Ill spend my valuable time trying to get in touch with someone in order to resolve the issue with your product.

Where to start? 10 years ago I had an inground pool installed in my backyard. I researched robotic pool cleaners and found that the Aqua bot JR would be perfect for my pool. Yes the first one that I had for seven years was perfect for my pool. Then the main driveshaft broke. They do not have a replacement part. I then ordered another Aqua not JR that that did not perform at all. Since I live in New Jersey and I am within a 30 minute ride I decided that I would take the new aqua bot JR to the manufacturing facility in Cedar grove. What a mistake, they told me that they tested it in the tub in the back and everything was fine. However, it did not work in my pool. Then they told me I had to play with the Styrofoam floats that are on the inside of the filter basket housing. After several trips back and forth to the manufacturing facility I decided to change my Aqua bot JR for an aqua bot classic. I have the same problem with the classic as with the JR. However, this time I did not go back to the manufacturer because they are absolutely no help. I have been struggling with this classic for the last two years and have finally decided it is time to get another manufacturers cleaner. This classic cleaner gets stuck on everything, the main pool drains on the steps, on the pool return and even the light.Wish me luck with the new manufacture of a robotic pool cleaner because I will never go back to Aqua bot again.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. This place is horrible. I ordered a breeze IQ and it was defective I was told by RICK LUGO who works there to send them the defective one and once they see that it has been shipped they would send me a replacement a flat out lie...he siad they would cross in tranist his words not mine. When I did not receive it on Monday I called and was told it was shipped but they had no way to track it. Then on Tuesday they said the same thing . Wednesday a tracking number was issued but the breeze was not sent..and same thing for today(Thursday). They have lied AMD told me that it was being shipped from a different building than I was told it is a different warehouse miles away... than I was told it was shipped when I tracked it it had not...this company is a joke

The product is amazing, but once you buy it, youre on your own. Ive left several messages and have NEVER received a call back. Their website is for sales only, no support. Ill give it a three because of the high quality of the aquabot.

I wish there were more stars to give then 5.. Aquabot not only produces a great automatic pool cleaner, but they are there when you have a problem. The cleaner was fixed in one day so there was no down time for the pool. They have a repair center at their site so it is easy to to drop off I expected a repair to take at least a few days, but my aquabot was fixed in a day. Their customer service department was excellent, Rick Lugo couldnt have been nicer and definitely represents the company in a positive manner.

Great Product and serviceAs previous owners (25+ years) using our old Aquabot Classic we finally gave in a purchased the newer Aquabot Turbo...as some reviews stated the new floating electrical connection wire needs some tweaking...simply put... just add a few floats to the wire at approximately 3 ft. apart and it works wonders. The Aquabot is the best hands down product for cleaning your pool bar none. However you do need to use it regularly (once a week) and be mindful to turn off your pool, pump take all floating devices ( chlorinators etc.) out of the pool and yes even remove your ladder if possible so the robot will work as it should. When finished wash down all the parts with clean water and set aside to dry and it will last for years and years ...but if it doesnt for whatever reason you can call customer service and theyll help with whatever problem you have and yes.... they speak English!

Can I post 0 stars? The company provides a terrible product in my experience - 4 failures in the first 4 months. Customer service does not exist, and if you do talk to someone, they are useless. Unreal.

Called in for power supply malfunctioning last week. This would be the second one within a year of buying this power supply. Guy stated they were extremely busy like it was my problem. I have waited a full week and still have not received the return shipping label. This is not acceptable in todays customer service in my opinion. I called back and now guy stated it might have went to junk folder.......I am an IT guy and never received it. Very rude and will weigh my options on getting a refund etc. If does not get taken care of ASAP I will return to where I purchased it in a few days.......

I went to this location and Rudel was very helpful and I had my aquabot repaired within 1 hour. Everyone was kind and professional. RUDEL was professional, knowledgeable, and very kind. I would definitely return to this location.

I have had the aquabot for 8 years with no problem. When my pool store had a special to refurbish it, I brought it in. They put new rubber brushes on it and when I took it out to use it for the first time, all of the rubber tabs had broken off. I thought it was a defect and was given replacement brushes. I used it once and when I took it out the next time half the tabs were broken off.They are now held in place with nylon string. Product is great but replacement parts are getting a little shoddy.

Big thumbs up to Al, Rick & Rodell at Aqua Products in Cedar Grove, NJ. Dropped off our aquabot extreme model (3 yrs old) on Friday 5/12/17. Was not working at all and had no idea what problem was. I asked to be called with an estimate before any work was to be done. Monday morning, 5/15/17 received call from Rick,with estimate and time needed for repair (3-4 days) and both were reasonable. Was called by Rick on Thurs. 5/18 and told repairs were done and our aquabot could be picked up. Went to pick up on Fri. 5/19 and talked with Al, at counter, and Rodell, service tech before leaving. They showed me our aquabot running in one of the service pools to reassure me that it was now working properly.Was very happy with the customer service, quality & cost of repair work and overall quickness of work done. They called when they said they would and price paid was exactly what had been told to me in the estimate. Recommend this service facility!!!
