I have to say that I was a little hesitant to use a cleaning company as Ive had the same cleaning lady over 10 years (she recently retired). I called MaidPro at the beginning of the week and spoke with Nicole who was amazingly helpful. She was able to get me on the schedule for this week and I have to say the woman who came did an amazing job! Not only did the house smell like it was cleaned, but it actually was. From washing the floors to dusting all those places I always forget about to even getting the ring off the inside of the toilets and bathroom sinks from the hard water system we have, she did it all. If you are looking for all around good service I would highly recommend this company.

My husband and I love the service here. Our house is always sparkling when we get home. Delia & Adelaida do a GREAT job cleaning. Never had any issues and our floors are always sparkling and the house smells great. Nicole is always quick to answer the phone and emails and always helpful with questions or schedules. Today Natasha cleaned our house and did a wonderful job. In addition to the usual set of tasks, she even cleaned out the dust bunnies under the bed, and wiped down all the ceiling fan blades. Im very sensitive to some cleaner scents and she was very careful on that score. The house was spotless!

Excellent service! Ive been with these guys for 3 years now. All the cleaners Id been assigned with were top notch and efficient. They all seem to have been trained well, everything is left clean and nicely organized when Im back home. They have a great deal of flexibility in their schedule and on top of everything - the management is super nice.

Its hard to find a service that is reliable, responds to inquiries via phone or email promptly, will bill your credit card, and provides all their own cleaning supplies. Maidpro has done all this very well, and Rosa is an excellent service provider. Thanks.

Natasha came today for our first cleaning and she did a great job! We cant wait to have her every week.

They came the first time and did a good job, unfortunately the second time they only completed half of the house, unlike the first visit which they completed the entire house. I asked the workers why they were leaving my house half cleaned, at which time they stated that we only paid for an hour and half. This makes no sence considering the house was cleaner the second time they came. I called the office to express my half cleaned house, only to be met with a very rude person on the other end. Instead of becoming belligerent, you might want to consider providing your customers options to a clean house, not leave them flat right before a holiday weekend.

We have had nothing but a popsitive experience using Maidpro. Prior to using Maidpro and specifically Carmen, the other company made us feel like they were doing us a favor by allowing us to pay them.Carmen is dependable and trustworthy and the office is very customer friendly. We have recommended them to our neighbors.

This may not sound like a positive review, but it is! I started using Maid Pro in August, I think. A team of two came for several weeks. I was not happy, but I stayed in communication, each time answering the survey and/or calling/emailing the office and voicing what I needed to. I never felt snubbed and thought that they were very responsive to my feedback. I still was not happy and asked for someone else. So now I have had the same person probably for the last 6 or 7 cleanings. I love her!If I had used an individual, I would not have had anyone else to give my requests/complaints to, and I would have had to find someone else myself. I think their business practices are great - very customer oriented.I think that the first pair and I were just not a good match.Also, I had asked for my ceiling fans to be cleaned. We have high ceilings. They look out for the safety of their clients, so the owner came to clean my fans. We have 5 of them in the house, so it took a while. When he was finished, I asked him how much more that would cost and he said NOTHING!I am a happy camper! Use them and speak up if you have additional requests, or dont feel satisfied about something.
