Sorry to say horrible experience today. Wanted to Send small box consisted of 20 pair plastic gloves, 12masks, 3 small individual tissues and a prescription inhaler to California. Small -not heavy package. Not only did we have a hard time communicating as I had a mask and he couldn’t understand or hear me clearly he took my phone to see the address without gloves on and then I could not hear him so he took his mask off. Ok we are all adjusting but then came the price $216.00 I had him repeat 3 x because I thought he must be kidding. The man behind me repeated it. I then said there must be a cheaper way — yes6 days from now $47. WTH that I said never-mind. I got my phone back,lysol everything and went to post office mailed the same box for $15 and would arrive in3 days. BEWARE TOTAL OVERPRICED

Their own drivers could not reach the store for two days. I had to go get the package from a UPS distribution center because the operators of this store are worthless.

Horrible customer service from Samir. Just awful.

Store hours state that they open at 8:30. I got there at 8:45 and there was a note saying that they would be open at 9:30. Came back at 9:38 and they still weren’t open. Came back again at 10:30 and they are still not open. Very disappointing how they run a business. I watched numerous people walk away with packages.

Very nice people and good service. They are always helpful with the shipment.

They don’t seem to pick up the phone at all sends me straight to voicemail. Don’t know how you guys run this business

Way overpriced and try to upsell other products while they are gouging you.
