The technicians arrived on time and cleaned all of our ductwork, registers, and returns thoroughly. They showed us some video footage of the cleaned ducts and pointed out some interior rust on a section of ductwork near the top of the furnace and near our humidifier. He showed us the start of mold growth on the inside of the two canvas connector joints. Based on this discovery, we contacted our HVAC contractor and requested that the canvas connection joints and the section of ductwork with the interior rust be replaced. I was very pleased with the professional work that was done on my furnace and duct work.
