My first experience with Visentin was fine. They were prompt and helpful. However the following appointments with them were horrible. I had to call several times to schedule and reschedule appointments because they did not show when they said John would give vague time frames Ill try to make it out this week if not then next week. He used that line often. He also never came to any of the appointments. I get if your the owner your busy, but if you have a customer repeatedly calling for help you would think he would come out to see whats wrong. We had a leaky valve that needed to be replaced. The funny thing is we were never told that the part was discontinued. They just stopped communication. Today we finally had them come out . However when they arrived they did not tell us, they didnt ring the bell or call. My son and I, who is 16 months old, were on our swings in th backyard when the sprinklers randomly came on. I thought it was our automatic timer but turns out it was Visentin working on the side of our house. My son was crying as I tried to free him from his swing while we were getting soaked. This was also the day that they told me the part which they knew needed to be replaced months ago was discontinued, something that they had apparently told John months ago as well. Good luck using them if you can get a hold of them and if you are able to get them to come out just know the quality of work will be subpair.

I called Visentin plumbing for a quote on replacing our boiler, John came the same day and explained that we didnt need a new boiler, it was a minor valve that needed to be replaced. It is refreshing to know that there are still people out there that dont take advantage of customers. Highly recommend.

We wanted to convert our oil heat to gas heat, John and his team made the process very easy. He told us exactly what was going to happen and executed the installation without any problems.

John and his crew fixed our laundry sink from overflowing and repaired our sump pump. They showed up when they said they would and the price was fair. Would highly recommend.
