They try to fix my lawn mower and it took 3 time. After 1 1/2 weeks the drive assembly almost fell off, thats what they worked on. I called the rude guy that answered the phone it was mg fault and it was going to be another 50 buck to even look at it . He wouldnt listen to what I had to say, not a way to run a building. Also to note I had to fix it myself and 3 bolts that were never put back . Those were very important in holding the assembly on. VERY DISAPPOINTED never again. Ill pay someone else more.

Rented a trencher, installed my own irrigation system. 18,000 sf yard, 58 sprinkler heads. Trencher worked great. Quoted for 8,500 bucks, did it myself for 2,500, thank you!!

Each time I rent from them they have the item I have reserved, and it is ready to go when I arrive. The staff is knowledgeable and will show you how to run the equipment.

Top notch place had my rental ready to go when I showed and they even loaned me a plug for my lites cause I forgot mine and my pin wouldnt work its my go to rental place

When I first went in to rent a stump grinder the desk clerks were friendly and willing to help and even had a kid load it up on my trailer, however when I got home to use it I noticed it was very dull I had two medium sized stumps and couldn’t even get them down below the grass line in 4 hours the machine was not very well maintained when I got back there was nobody around to check the machine back in so I left it in the back and went back to check out up front I told the clerk about how it hardly worked and was very dull he didn’t show much interest and brushed it off and more than that online it said the grinder was $80 when I called he said $90 and I ended up paying more than $100 it was a total waste of time and I won’t be returning

Great rental shop, always helpful when need a tool or trailer

Rented a skid loader and used it less than a half an hour. It died and would not start, service had to come out and jump it because of a faulty safety switch. (Service tech was great) Took it back to the shop and they would not refund rental fee and the desk clerk wanted to charge me with a cleaning fee on top of it all. I will not recommend this place to anyone nor will I rent from there again.

Reserved a 5x8 cargo trailer two weeks ago. I show up today and they don’t have one. Then they acted like it was not their fault, as someone rented it and did not return it. It was a week overdue. They offered a 6x12 trailer, but that was way to big for my Honda Pilot to pull. What good is a reservation not honored? This put me in a huge bind, as I need to move my daughter to Portland Or the next day. Luckily U-Haul had one for me to rent.

If youre looking for thee most wildly mediocre service on a Saturday morning from either store give these guys a shot. Theyll even call the other store to verify they have something, send you there because they have it then when you get there not have it for you.They also wont stop what theyre doing to talk with you and will be annoyed that youre even there in the first place.

Are only open till 1:30pm on Saturdays?! And not open on Sundays?! Makes it kinda hard to do a weekend project or if from out of town to return the equipment before you leave. Front desk guy was very curt with us, like we were just not worth his time!

Received the wrong size equipment and was unable to use it for project. Told the counter employee but didnt seem to care and walked away. Showing a bit of interest and an offer a refund for being given the wrong equipment would have been nice.
