I brought my wedding dress here and got it cleaned and put into a preserve box. I took the dress out during my little girls newborn pictures to find it filthy. I brought it back to prestige and they said they would call me. It’s been four months and every-time I call it goes to a message saying voicemail has not been set up yet. I do not live in town and have two babies so driving there to find a dress not done was not on my to do list, but I guess making a trip is the only way to get a hold of this company. Not impressed at all.

I cannot recommend using this companys dry cleaning services. Ive havent used them more than 10 times and have had three issues:1. On one instance, a portion of my outfit (jacket) was left at the cleaner instead returned to the pickup/drop-off location. I ended up having to go to a wedding without my entire outfit.2. On another instance, they ripped a pair of my pants. They did repair the pants after I brought them back, but the repair job was not very great.3. The last time I used them, they lost a pair of my pants and a vest. They did pay for the lost items in the end, but not before several unreturned calls to resolve the issue and a lot of hassling back and forth to try to get the entire amount covered.I am leaving 2 stars since they did reimburse me for the items in the end. I might have given 1 more star if I had received better customer service when my items were lost.

Prestige goes above & beyond on customer service. We had a uniform to pick up on Saturday and we were not correct on their close time so we missed being able to get it. We needed it by Sunday and since they would not be open during this time frame I emailed the owner to see if there was anything that could be done so we could get it. A staff person from their store met us there after hours to get the uniform! It was outside of what she needed to do, and we are so grateful she did this for us! It saved us a trip hours out of town, and a lot of stress! We won’t be going anywhere else!

Theyre very nice but I continually have clothing returned to me with broken buttons and issues. Multiple shirts are now missing buttons or have half a button. These were also expensive shirts from various makers so Im guessing the issue isnt the material used to make the buttons. I spoke to a co-worker who has the same issue. Not sure what Prestige is doing with their equipment. Maybe one of the employees is working out way too much!

Called earlier today and talked to a woman on the phone. It was the worst customer service I have ever had. I have never been here but based on the phone call and how she talked to me I will never go.

Took my suits in to get dry cleaned, got 2 of the coats back where they seemed to have had some issues with them. Took the coats in to complain, was told the manager or owner would call and never got a call from either, and they still have my suit coats. They dont seem to care about my concerns.

Lately the quality of pressing has gotten worse, also agree on broken buttons. Just called today to check on something, phone just rang, no one answered
