I enjoy going to Bike Tech for my bike issues. They are friendly, helpful, and provide great support. What I really like is how personable they are. Earlier this year, I took my bike in to get tuned up, and the bike technician said Havent seen you in here for a really long time. It was true, but the important part was that they knew me and I felt important to them. Thank you, Bike Tech.

Absolutely one of the best bike shops Ive been to in all my travels around the USA. Everyone was super helpful and took the time to not only help me get a second bike but all the gear I needed to go with it. I have been impressed by the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff here. Part and labor prices are very reasonable. I appreciate that they they will work on a $100 40 year old bike with the same enthusiasm as a $2000 brand new one. The physical location is also pretty awesome too.

I live in Phoenix, AZ and recently searched the country for a very difficult to find bike part. Bike Tech was one of the few shops to have it in stock but their website said they couldnt ship the item. When I called to ask about shipping they were extremely helpful, friendly, and agreed to go out of their way to ship the item I wanted to Phoenix. The people of Cedar Falls are spoiled to have such a great local shop!

I ordered a new bike from Bike Tech last week. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Really wish I can have my bike now but, its not their fault its Covids fault.

I went in to get my tires changed to a better tire that I bought. They were really good about explaining how to take good care of them and what to expect on my new tubeless setup. After getting my bike home i noticed the front derailleur wasn’t shifting so I called in and they told me to bring it in. I live an hour away so I tried to fix it myself and in doing so messed a few things up. When I brought it in the next day Everett fixed it completely within 10 minutes and instructed me on how the gears work which I wasn’t aware of before. The kicker is he didn’t charge me and let it slide! I’ll definitely be back thanks to this excellent customer service and expertise. Thanks again!

Recently purchased a Specialized E-Bike from Brent at Bike Tech. Absolutely love the bike. Great experience. Great support. Super friendly staff. I know its tempting to buy online for price, but the price I paid was within 2% of the lowest price I found online. A local business that supports and services what they sell at a competitive price. I searched post office and was brought here. This is a bike shop in a historic building that was once a post office. I guess I can see why its helpful to title it Cedar Falls Post Office since you can bring your mail here in your car, purchase a new bike, strap your mail to it and simply start pedaling to the postal address listed on your mail.

I cant say enough great things about all of the guys at Bike Tech! The guys are knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely care about getting people involved in the sport.My wife and I had visited Bike Tech for tune-ups and repairs on our bikes in the past and always had great experiences, but just before Christmas 2017 I received a call from the owner of Bike Tech informing me that I had won a $500 drawing towards a new bike. I stopped by the store a few days later and they happily showed me different options, discussed what bike would fit my needs and then got everything set up for me. When I went to the store to pick up the bike, they not only gave me a 1 year warranty and free fix-a-flat service, but they threw in a free water bottle and cage - they wouldnt even let me pay for the taxes!I was already a fan of Bike Tech, but after the customer care I received (without spending a dollar in the store) I cant say enough great things!

The service and selection were great. I had a new tube installed in one bike and a new crank and true service done on another older kids bike. I had a tube installed at another store and it was done while I waited. At Bike Tech I had to wait a day and pay about $6 more. I wasnt happy about that and the fact that my other bike took over 2 weeks. Bike prices seem on par with other bike shops.

We bought two bikes here because no bike shop in Cédar rapids or Iowa city had what we wanted and needed. These guys are amazing😃 and Im so happy with our purchase. They also answer questions over the phone. The store is large and has a good selection on everything you need.

The service was great and they answered all of my questions. I ordered a new bike and they had it there and assembled very fast.

Whether a doubt, the worst tune up Ive ever had done! Several problems - two repairs not done and two adjustments done poorly. I think it may have been a new mechanic? Wish I had gone to Waterloo Bicycle Works instead.

I token an older bike to have a bearing replaced. Rather than gouging me they explained the problem and repaired it at /after closing time for a very reasonable price. Top shelf service!!!
