Had the manager in my hair she is funny and great to talk to and best of all i love what she did to my hair

I absolutely love the ladies who work here. Jen and Synamon are miracle workers especially if you have difficult hair or radical ideas. They always make sure youre comfortable while youre there and satisfied before you leave. Best hsir care experiences Ive ever had.

They only do modern haircuts and mostly womens cuts. They had no idea what a flattop was

Saved me from my mullet.. I had accidently cut my hair with only one mirror at the wrong angle. I said someone else did it i was too embarrassed to say i did and my friend sat in the chair next to me laughing because of how ridiculous i sounded and i almost cried but other than that she dis a great job loved the shampoo

I started going here when my stylist moved to this location. When she left I continued to go to a stylist that had cut my hair on the occasion that my stylist was absent. Since I started I have mostly gone to Synoman, occasionally I walk in with no appointment and have had Jen or Marissa cut my hair. Comparing my cuts to previous more pricey stylists I have been very happy with cost and results. Smartstyle often email coupons for up to 4.00 off a cut or product. I am in an out of there in 20 to 30 minutes. The only drawback is often my stylist has to take care of phone calls and walkins... mid haircut. Leaves me wondering if she will remember where she left off with my cut. She still manages to give me a good cut. I am low maintenance type. Want a good cut that allows me to get in shower and out the door in 45 minutes if needed for under $18 with tip!! In my previous life, I spent up to $30 to $40 not including tip after sitting in the chair for almost an hour only to get home and not be able to style my hair at all. I am very happy at the Cedar Falls Smartstyle.

I made an appointment yesterday and i will never go back the lady who worked on my hair seemed fairly new i asked for an all over color she did that which turned my hair green i asked to have my eyebrows waxed there not even i was regular customer there and will be going else where from now on.....never had a experience like that and i wont let it happen again from there not worth the money or drive

Showed up at 6:35pm for a haircut and the stylist told me that she was closed for the night…. Their hours say that it’s open until 7pm.
