DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SCAMMERS!I rented a 20 outdoor parking spot. When I arrived the kiosk gave me was an indoor stall with two locks already on it. When I called to be assigned a new spot they wanted to charge me a fee to make a change and then increase the monthly price by 33% because they didnt have any 20 spots available. It looks to me like they are running a bait and switch scam.
Best storage facility I have ever used, grounds are kept clean access access in-and-out of facility is easy And the lockers are dry.
Theyve gone all digital. They sent me an email stating my 0 x 20 parking space for my 32 camper was reserved and that I could open the security gate after registering at the self-serve kiosk and paying my first-months rent. After contacting customer service by phone 3 times, I couldnt reach resolution to my 0 x 20 space problem. This was a great business when it was Panther Storage, not so much now as Red Dot.
Got a notice in the mail in October 2020 stating our fees would go up in December 2020, doubling by the way. Found out that the fees for the people next to us did not go up. As a matter of fact, their website showed the fees were back at the original amount. When we questioned this with customer service, they would not lower our monthly fee. We are told prices fluctuate and they couldnt do it. To me fluctuates, means up an down. Not to them! Contacted them several times, no help! Will not do business with them ever again!!

Worse customer service ever. They also cut my lock off put thiers on and charged me 12 dollars for a total of 25 dollar loss. Thieves can sum up red dot in one word
No security on site. Unit was broken into the day after we filled it.
I stored my car and motorcycle for a few months. My unit was clean and the area is well lit, maintained, and secure. I also liked that it is accessable 24/7. The price was fair and it is easy to make payments online.
Its nice u its and they keep the snow plowed out there.
The storage units are great. The facility is relatively new. But, service has gone downhill fast after Panther sold to Red Dot. For example, the gate wasnt working the day after a snowstorm. Fair enough, things happen. But, when I went back two days later, it still wasnt working! That is unacceptable. If the automatic function doesnt work, they should at least leave the gate open. I called them, and they said they had someone working on it. I went back several hours later, and it still didnt work, and no one was fixing it.

I have rented a few different units from here in the past and will be looking to move out of the current unit sooner rather than later. Pay for a months rent, move out of a unit in the middle of the month they wont refund your money, so you basically paid double per day. Theyll pro rate off the beginning of the month however! Entice you to rent from them! If this was still panther storage that wouldnt be an issue, theyd refund your money no questions asked.
