Im absolutely appalled had a rebuild done on a 2004 dodge diesel worked great for 150 miles and then blew apart and now they wont stand behind their warranty. Going out of their way to say its not their fault highly wouldnt recommend

My truck broke down today on the side of the highway. I have my child with me. I requested roadside assistance and it was confirmed that the driver would be here in 5 minutes. I waited two hours and then I called the insurance company. The L & m transmission driver didnt call the insurance company to tell them that he doesnt go to Waverly instead he just decided not to show up. Thank you for leaving us on the side of the road freezing. I hope no one chooses your company. I know I never will.

The guy got to us fast and stayed with us until our ride arrived so we wouldnt be waiting in the cold. I have their number saved now, because theyre great!

The people at L&M are fantastic. They towed me - dropped me off at my house and got my car all fixed up within the day. They were very busy that day as well (close to the holidays). The prices are reasonable and everyone was very personable and honest about what was wrong with my car. Thanks again!

Worst place to buy a car from. Trust me dont buy car from these people. I bought a car hoping itll be ready to go. Unfortunately the day I tried leaving. It has transmission problems, heat wouldnt work. The day Im trying to leave the parking lot. Just a bunch of problems and bunch of lil things. isnt cool to buy a car that is leaking transmission fluid. Bunch of other things. Transmission still slipping, motor switch problem its really loud, my sensor for coolant I just had it repaired. I had to leave for NY the day I bought my car. Even if they were to repair it. I SHOULD OF NEVER BOUGHT A CAR SO OUT OF SHAPE. they wont give ur money back. The day I bought my car. I asked for my money back they wouldnt do that. I noticed all suddenly its not driving right. They should of and could of done a better job.

They sold a car saying it had NO PROBLEMS, It was immediately taken to a local mechanic shop, where it was found to have bad ball joints, a leaking lower intake gasket among other issues, L&M than attempted to sell a trade in saying in the listing it Runs good which was not true, that trade in had head gasket, intake gasket, tire sensor, coolant mixing with the oil and other issues, stated by the previous owner. I HIGHLY suggest not trusting L&M with cars for sale. The trade in mentioned above is currently on there lot, selling for $270 above KBB value...They have been reported to the BBB

They sold me a car telling me that they didnt think it had alignment problems and wouldnt fix it before I bought it. They didnt clean the car out it was filthy inside. it also has intermediate shaft clunking, leaking valve covers and a leaking lower intake gasket. They are trying to sell my old car for twice what they gave me for it and they havent fixed anything on it.update 1/23/13They ended up selling my car for $700 they did tell them what was wrong with it after my friend emailed them about it. they did give me $80 for the intermediate shaft (which they didnt have to do so that is nice)that i will replace when it gets warm out.over all i wish i hadnt bought the car but i also would have appreciated them telling me about the lower intake gasket before i bought it. anyway probably my falt for not getting it checked out before hand

My speed sensor went out on my transmission, the guy was upfront, honest, and did not try to sell me any other useless repairs. Reasonable pricing for good work. I would definitely recommend them.

Very disappointed after finding out what was wrong with my truck.I took my truck there since it wouldn’t start. So they took a look at it and they said the starter needs to be replaced. First they asked me to pay $320 in order to get fixed. After 2 days, they price went up and they asked for $370.Anyway, I asked a friend if he could change the starter, so he worked on it and had to replace the fuse only in order to get it started.Wow!! They were gonna charge me hundreds of dollars just to change the fuse!

Beware!! Do not let these people tow your car...Ruined my nephews truck by driving it off and slamming on brakes parts went flying everywhere...Operator told owner he didnt drive it off..but we had video..they will lie to protect themselves..they DO NOT have your best interest at heart...Beware!!
