Everything cost more than they say, hundreds more.If you dont respond to their emails and create online accounts and join programs that were never discussed when signing up, they make large increases in your premiums. I am now paying about $400 a year more than they told me I would pay and I expect this amount will increase again. Note: I have a perfect driving record and have had no claims.

Insurance agent is extremely condescending. Individual in his office admitted fault in an unauthorized change on my policy. Contacted Allstate corporate to start an investigation. There’s plenty of other Allstate agents around & plenty of other insurance companies. Choose wisely!

Had a claim in Jan- Feb of 2021 first claim ever on my auto insurance claim was for approximately 1000.00 insurance went up 40.00 per month why do I even pay insurance office gals said SORRY that’s how it works. Worst company ever to have insurance with looking elsewhere thanks Allstate and Scott Parsons

Over priced. Not giving us what our ring is worth. Just taking advantage of us after paying then tons of money over the years. Marcy is very rude. Hung up on me. Not good customer service.

We have been w/ Scott and his team for years. Renters insurance, then auto and home insurance. Just recently, we got Allstate Motor Club after having been AAA members for years. Their service, support, and pricing cant be beat!

Looking to terminate with Allstate after being lied to by this agents office. I was told when I updated my policy that I would not be charged for a certain month and these are the exact words Looks like you get a month for free because billing wont begin until the next month and then I receive a notice from Allstate for a pending bill. Is this how Allstate does business? Beware buyers!
