Have tried for weeks to pay my bill but cannot get through to pay the bill on the phone on either 3 numbers Im forced to call.Slow internet.Only have had for a month and a half. definitely looking for another provider

Very Poor Product, but the techs are great. Only have 20 Mbps while others are at 1 Gig speeds here. Century link seems to have forgotten this city exists. My internet is currently nonfunctional speeds at 8 Mbps. The Century LInk web page cannot load.

Do not go with this company. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Go with Tds or literally anyone else. Do not waste your time or money. Costumer service is a joke trust all the 1 star reviews and don’t even consider this corrupt company.

Their web/wi-fi/phone service was adequate for over a year. It wasnt until we wanted to cancel our service and return equipment that we learned the local office was closed. They do provide a free shipping label to UPS the equipment, but we had to wait on the phone for over 30 minutes to learn that. All business is now transacted on the Internet.

Terrible customer service, I had an online chat, trying to figure out why my bill keeps going up every month. The Rep said he could give me a 12 mo promotional offer of $75/mo including my land line. I had an order # and Confirmation #. When my bill came, it was $156 for a month. After 2.5hrs of calling and online chatting they told me too bad. They didnt care what I had in writing from them. I reported them to the BB and FCC and withing 5 days I received a call from someone with the authority to negotiate. I recommend steering clear of this company.

Very difficult to work with! unreliable wifi as well. Our wifi went out at least once a day. we called to have them fix it and they only gave us a temporary fix. They also would also charge us for things we didnt want to pay for no matter how many times we told them we didnt need whatever they were trying to do. They were rude when we tried to talk with them on the phone to get the problems fixed. Do not recommend using them for your internet needs.

Ive had many different ISPs in my life, and have worked for quite a few more. The reviews you see for this company are not exaggerated. Absolutely the worst ISP you could ever waste your money on. If you have the option, do not chose this company. ESPECIALLY if you require home internet for work or anything you depend on. Seriously the worst quality service you could ask for. Customer service is outsourced garbage, too. Do anything in your power to avoid ever associating with this terrible company. Nationwide they are consistently rated as one of the worst for good reason.Fiber Gigabit Speed Internet with connection speeds up to 20 Mbps The main lines they use might be fiber (big emphasis on the might), but the connection you get in your home is no different than the average 20Mbps speed you would get with any other service. Fiber doesnt help anyone but the company unless it is fiber to the home (FTTH). All they have is fiber to a local box that then has the average connection to each home in that area. Meaning they can fit more people on one connection, which leads to its own issues.Cant wait for our government to decide that this kind of stuff isnt legal anymore, and do something to rectify this kind of abuse. DO NOT GET CenturyLink. Literally any other company deserves your money more than CenturyLink.

Absolutely horrible customer service. It took me 3 hours to get an answer to my questions over the phone. Not to mention the fact that the internet is down at least once a week in my house. I will be taking my business else where as soon as my contract is up. These guys are thieves.

This business is just out to get your money. After spending $200 they get here and say that I have to pay for someone to run a new cable to the street. After i decided i didnt want to do that and wanted to return the eqeipment and get my money back it took over an hour on the phone, they wanted me to pay to ship it back and didnt give me a refund until i called back again and they had received the equipment a week proir and just werent going to give me a refund. This company is garage do not use their services.

Their “technical support” have no idea what they are doing. Fix and disconnects, fix and disconnects again and “sorry we must misplaced your repair ticket, we have to reschedule your appointment again.” No consideration of people’s time and trust in service. Worse than GARBAGE.
