Didnt want to really help due to weekend and holiday however I explained the situation anyway in detail and told her I knew they would listen to the recording. I came home a few hours later and found my package of prescription dog food!!! Thank you Fed ex even though the girl hung up on me and so did the guy after her. You still listened to the recording. I really appreciate it!

LAZY DRIVER! Dropped off my package on the ROAD! 50 ft from my house! Left another package that was fragile and should have been tipped up, (sticker that said this side up), that wasnt even mine

This office CAN NOT even print FedEx labels.Dont waste your time, just go to a different office or shipper.

Just got my Teeters today but the delivery guy just drop it infront of the garage. He dont even knock in the front door. This is the reason why some items lost. Very disappointed with the service.

This is NOT a FedEx. I was strongly encouraged to take my business elsewhere by Walgreens employee, who I believe was a manager.I was told FedEx would not pick up, and that I should go to Goin Postal on Main St.She came up w all sorts of excuses as to why I should not use their Walgreens location for FedEx. I will be asking Google and FedEx to removethis location. Waste of my time.
