We had a bee problem . Explained issue sent a very nice guy who came gave estimate and sprayed. He also explained it would probable take another visit and told us a plan to call and schedule again on Monday if still an issue. I called right when they opened thought it would be great they sent same guy ( already knew issue ) he came about 6 that night only to go sit in the truck and come tell us they couldn’t handle the job. Not upset they couldn’t handle but should have told us on first visit or even when I called back on the day they instructed. Instead the came back out wasting more time just to say they couldn’t do it. Nothing had changed from the first visit. Paid for no results. Smart pest control took on the job and was amazing.

I like working the most with David. He’s very personable and listens to what you want done. He sets a fair price and doesn’t go over what’s been agreed upon. He’s an asset to your company.

We started using Big Tom’s Pest control about four years ago and we love their services. At first it was only to spray for bugs but then, their tech Kevin, suggested we spray our fruit trees as well. Little did we know, we had a ton of aphids on our trees that were affecting the fruit. After getting them sprayed, we could see a layer of dead aphids on the ground and we had no idea that they were on our trees. We are so glad to have them sprayed because they have now been producing more and more fruit each year ever since. We’re grateful for their knowledge, professionalism, and reliability. We can trust them to take care of the bugs and it gives us peace of mind that they will come throughout the year and spray at just the right time.

I say wildlife because all bugs are wildlife to me and Im not at all wanting any wildlife to be inside my home. Big Toms is excellent. They are friendly, professional and respectful of my home. I recommend them!

I had Big Toms come last fall for a two-for-one spray. Id had problems with ants and spiders, but I have not had any problems since they sprayed. Im having them do another two-for-one spray to prevent bugs this summer, and I am again happy with their work. They have been very professional and thorough, spraying up high on the rain gutters, under the patio eves, and around the landscaping. Because of Covid 19, they did not do inside the house, but they offered to do inside the garage. I appreciated that, too.

Colleen, in the office, handles appointments, and is exceptional. She is very knowledgeable and caring. Cayden, has been servicing my home and takes care of me like family. We had our second weed and bug treatment yesterday by Kevin. Our house backs on a golf course and huge lake. The water causes the back of our house to accumulate spider webs. He went above and beyond for our spider issues. Spent extra time on the back of the house sweeping down webs on the brick, lights and overhand ceilings and swept off the decking. Our spider web problems inside have dropped significantly since our first treatment. We have had many local bug companies spray, they took about 15 minutes and never had any results. The first weed treatment was a great success and look forward to a weed free property!! We highly recommend Big Toms for any weed or bugs issues!! I told him what I wanted over the phone and he gave me a quote and that a great price. We bought a home that Big Toms Pest Control had previously come and taken care of the termites for the previous owners. Got their card from a service member I saw at a gas station. Two weeks later I called them at 6 pm on a Friday because I woke up with a spider on my face the night before. They answered and got me in that night and were at my house within the hour. Very fast and affordable. Took care are the pest problem and the weed problem in my yard. Have to give 5 stars and would highly recommend!

Prompt arrival, courteous, friendly, and efficient. Was concerned about where one of my cats had gone to hide. Not knowing exactly, we decided on where she might be and he was very careful not to get too close to that area. I really appreciated that.

I used Big Toms pest control for a couple years. I had had no idea about pest control and after i used them once they kept calling me to reschedule. The people were very nice, but my apple tree was always so infested with bugs that we never had any good apples. My garden was overtaken with bugs, and anytime one of my kids dropped food out on the comment, within an hour it was completely covered with ants!

I totally enjoy Toms Pest Control I live in the country and my weeds around my home have totally disappeared, my grass is free from dandelions and is greener and thicker than ever before, also my horse pasture was thicker and longer enabling me to feed my horses longer on it. I had a really bad bug problem on my front yard tree. It was causing my tree to leak (sap) all over the sidewalk. I was afraid that this would be a skipping hazard come winter so I called a tree trimmer who insisted I needed to get the bugs removed first.I called up Tom and he showed up in 30 minutes, sprayed my tree in 5 minutes and 10 minutes later it was raining bugs... yuck! But the sap is gone.Anyways, I highly recommend Big Toms Pest Control!
