Everything Exterior has cared for our property for some time now. They have provided prompt attention to our needs and have even made our landscaping improve in quality and appearance. They seem to care for our lawn better then I take care of my own.

Everything Exterior charges you for visits that 5 minutes. Inspection type of visits; not maintenance. For me, they enjoyed mowing the lawn and breaking a sprinkler head which they then replaced and charged me a great sum for said replacement. They shamelessly collect these unwarranted fees from the elderly who can barely afford their services. Yet, the elderly are the ones who need EEs services because they cant do it themselves. EE preys on these unsuspecting elderly. Any other lawn service would be better than these guys. And they are vindictive; I will need to set my cameras for watching the sprinkler heads now.

They are professional, on time and responsive to our needs. We have always been given prompt service when something needs to be done. We highly recommend this service.

All in all, Ive had very good experience with them. Only one annoying complaint. About 3 weeks ago, I asked the mow crew to hsbr someone come by and spray some weeds on my front yard. Its possible someonr dif come and sprsy when I wasnot home, but no one said anythingI also asked them to send someone over to address some dru spots that the sprinller were missong. Never heard from anyoneNot nevessary nowwith all the rain.

I was looking to have my windows cleaned. I asked for a quote and they gave me multiple options and I signed up for 3 services in a year without ever meeting or seeing them. I have had Everything Exterior clean my windows for several years now. They do a great job every time! Very affordable rates and thorough work. I have also had them aerate and power rake my lawn. This past week when they came to clean my windows, our lawn care crew came and sprayed our lawn after the guys had cleaned the outside windows. The wind was blowing a bit and some of the lawn spray ended up on the basement windows. The window crew noticed this when they were cleaning the interior windows, so they went back outside and re-cleaned the windows to remove the lawn spray. The window washing service provided by Everything Exterior really does make a difference over just using water or other cleaners. There is never hard water film. They took care of the hard water deposits that had been left behind by our sprinklers (thanks to the wind).
