Ive been very disappointed with my experience at UPS. Upon them losing my package after I dropped it off, they declined any responsibility, citing the fact that it was USPSs fault. Which may be true, but I was again disappointed when they had little authority with corporate UPS to help me. All that I needed from them after they lost my package was to verify that it had been lost, but they declined to help referencing that they had no power to do so.If I could offer one point of advise to this location (if they read this), if you do not have authority in the eyes of Corporate UPS, please take down the UPS sign and branding and change your establishments name. Perhaps Incompetent Logistics would be an accurate and descriptive name for your store.

I would rather come here than go to STG any day. If its just a few extra minutes drive, come here! They are so much faster and efficient here than in St. George.

Drove 25 minutes to town. They were supposed to be opened until 6pm. I arrived at 2pm, only to find the doors locked. A person said they had to close early and would not take my package. Sad.

Its a good location and close to other handy shops, stores and food. The owner and his son are caring and super helpful. The college assistants seem to leave just when they really know their way around. But thats college students for ya. But comes a busy blitz (11-1) you wont be waiting for long.

We have been doing business with Bruce and his staff for almost 20 years. This is one of the best, friendliest and considerate UPS stores we’ve ever used. They are organized and their printing and copying services are great. We rent a box there which means we never have to deal with stolen or misplaced packages. Convenient location with lots of parking.

My daughter recently moved to SUU for college and went to print something at your store. I own 2 of the UPS Stores so she is used to and she said how friendly everyone was there! Thankyou for doing such a great job.

I exclusively take my packages to the UPS store if I need to ship something in Cedar City. In the past I have used another local business to ship a cell phone for repair. Unfortunately the phone was stolen and replaced with a package of tube socks!! The folks at the UPS Store are helpful and very professional!!!

Simply the finest source in Cedar City for custom made boxes as well as superior customer service! If you have never used them, you owe it to yourself to visit there store on Main street! Have used the store several times and have always had great service.

I come to this store at least monthly. I’ve always had good service but today I have to tell you about extraordinary service! Whitney was working and I needed prints. I brought in my flash drive and when the file was opened the font wasn’t the same. I was on a tight schedule and they were closing in an hour. I told Whitney I would need to find a way to print it with the font I wanted. She gave me a few ideas and I told her I’d be back before closing. I went home and called her 10 minutes before closing. I arrived 3 minutes to close and Whitney was kind and helpful and even printed two to a page to save me some pennies! I’m so impressed with her patience and kindness!

The staff are friendly and helpful, quick and knowledgeable. There is very rarely a line of more than one person in front of me. I have my mailbox there, so Im in the store at least three times a week. I used the post office before, but find the UPS store much better. I highly recomend this business.

I had my Moms China set for eight that my niece wanted. I needed to ship it to her safely and after exploring several options, I went to U.P.S. I talked to Bruce at the store on South Main street and asked him if they would pack it for me and send it to my niece. Not only was it packed well and sent carefully, Bruce added extra fragile stickers at my request. Many Thanks to Bruce and his team for helping me out!

I depend on the UPS store for both my business and school needs and have been a customer since The Ups Store first opened. I give them a five star rating because the staff is friendly and always does their very best to help me. They are very fair and quick to fix mistakes if they are made. I especially appreciate the convenience. I mean, who likes to wait in line at the post office or try to make it to the actual local ups office during their limited hours? Whether you need to mail something, or need things printed or sent, I reccommend our local UPS store. I feel like the attitude of the staff is set by the owner and Bruce Topham is a wonderful guy!

I love this UPS Drop box location as they are fast, friendly and close by to everything. I dont know why they changed locations into a worse spot thats more cramped and busy, but I suppose they had to for some reason.
