High dealership repair costs with very mediocre service. I took my truck to get an estimate on fixing ball joints and replacing the ac condenser (General Motors quality problems they won’t stand behind, including peeling paint and a laundry list of other problems on a relatively new truck) after quoting me an insane amount of money to fix the problems they charged me $125 in diagnostic fees. I already knew what the problem were and simply asked for an estimate. Apparently that costs $125.

I had my oil changed in my never had a problem Acura. Checked my oil the next week and it was empty. They forgot to fill it!

A little hard to get an appointment because they are so good!

Fantastic, friendly help from people who know what they are talking about and advise as to needs.

They feel that the customer is not very intelligent. They feel that your stupid enough to buy a car without driving it. Would not share prices on a vehicle without driving it. I know my schedule and what I have time for at that moment. They like to play games
