Extremely Rude Employee. Very rude when I visited the store today (June 25th)

The doors are open but nobodys home..

Employees were very helpful, courteous and polite. They answered many questions and I felt secured dealing with them.

Was there to rent a truck Sunday. Ms. Pamela took care of us. VERY LOVELY LADY, BEAUTIFUL DISPOSITION. We were in and out. The truck was clean and ready. No hassles.

They need to work on customer service at this location

I never have an issue at this location; customer service is always stellar quality. Sometimes wait times are longer than usual because of first or end-of-month and weekend business, but I just avoid those times or I plan ahead and make sure I have a reservation. The calling system is difficult to navigate because everything is automated and directs you to a call center, but I think that’s a corporate issue and not handled by the local store.

One of the worst services I have seen in my life. People that work here are really rude. Dont know about service and how to treat people. No words to express it. Never gonna come back

Disappointed. It has been such a hassle to have a hitch installed on my car. It takes hours to speak to someone on the phone.

Worst service ever!!! Instead of dealing with the customers the service guy was too busy dealing with his own thing and kept making the customers wait and was very ignorant!

Vehicles parking break broke causing a loud buzzing non stop. Manager was unwilling to help in any way, wouldnt even let me leave the vehicle on the lot overnight to take my car home without the buzzing. I was told I could deal with it or return it.I would recommend using a different company.

Excellent service. Representatives were wonderful at this location. Fast and efficient service. Courteous and absolutely friendly! Overall- Uhaul customer service team is amazing!

Absolutely TOP NOTCH experience. Great people, phenomenal service, and just the best attitude all the way around. Fast, friendly, and so VERY helpful. I cannot say this enough - the staff working that day was THE best around. HIGHEST of recommendations. A+++

If I could give No stars I would ...they will scam you and the staff is rude im not the type to curse anyway out but the lady was so rude i gave her a earful and hung Up...I just had a general question! #Pathetic

The staff let someone go before me and I had a deadline to be somewhere else. I was late when arriving to storage for move-out thanks to this customer service at uhaul. My truck and supplies were ready so no issues with that. It was the timing that made me late.

Easy Im to pickup the Uhaul I had rented. Plenty of additional equipment available as well if I needed it. Staff was very helpful and polite.

Staff is Friendly and Got a Good service in my last two Pickups. Always Better to go with reservation else you will a Van mostly as in the summer season every one will move.

Horrible customer service. they never answer the phone. I rented three trucks from TN and selected this place to drop off (big mistake). We left some boxes and plastic in the trucks and CALLED AHEAD to make sure that it would be ok to dump in their dumpsters due to the local dump being closed already, and they said yes and there would only be a small fee of $25 for a quarter of a dumpster and $50 for half. Mind these boxes did not contain trash they were boxes from laptops and carts. When we receive the receipt we were charged $450 in cleaning fees. i have been struggling with the store manager and their social media trying to get someone to resolve this. $450 for cleaning fees is flat out ridiculous, the local dump says $50 for a one ton load and there was not that many boxes. I have talked to several customer service reps and the store manager and I have had ZERO HELP!!!

These reviews must be old, they honestly had me worried. Excellent customer service on 4/10/15. They had me in and out quickly, both for pick up and drop off, and laughing the whole time.

I don’t go to many U-Haul places but this location Is crazy. The staff are not professional. Pamala white was on her phone while 2 customers are wating (not including me) and she was acting like we walked into her living room! I felt like unwelcomed gust. So I left and went Penske truck rental at Home Depot

Worst customer service ever. Rude & unwelcome atmosphere never want to do business with staff like this. The guy who waited on me was Damon Montgomery & if he suppose to be the General Manager time for some for a new GM

One of the larger UHauls in the area... feels a lot more legit than the gas stations with two trucks. Rented from here a number of times and rarely had a problem. When I did, it was fixed without issue. Parking lot can be a bit tight when busy.

Bad customer service

He was fast with a no nonsense attitude somewhat harsh. Definitely, not customer friendly but the drop off was quick in and out.

I rented a car towing trailer from the Odenton location at 6pm and was given a drop off location for Catonsville West store. I dropped the trailer off at 10:17 pm the same night and went about my business. I got a phone call the next day in the afternoon accusing me of not droping off the trailer. After telling the agent where I droped it off at, I was told that the catonsville location had no record of it being there. I was then asked for proof that I droped it off at the catonsville location. Mind you the facility was closed when I dropped it off so there was no paperwork given to me to say when I left it.Luckily, I took a photo of the trailer before I left which I sent to the agent that called me looking for the trailer. Had I not had that photo this company would have tried to charge me for this trailer that was turned in on time to the location that I was given by the Odenton agent who discussed it with customer service before I was given my paperwork. I will never use u-haul again and I have already shared with my family and friends this horrible experience as well as posted it on social media.Make sure you have proof that you returned what you rent when dealing with this shady location. If i could give a negative star I would.

Very few customer parking spaces, which were all in use. The representative told me to park at the McDonalds down the street.

Was overcharged for mileage. Because I dont know the exact beginning mileage I have to pay. Very unhappy and disappointed. Wont use uhaul ever again.

Took long time to be helped but its still a great establishment

Quick and convenient drop off, friendly staff, even helped me pick a cab to get to the airport with.

Fast and friendly, no one wasting time. Highly recommend.

PICK ANOTHER LOCATION!! FYI: there are locations closer than this oneWorst customer service experience ever... I left this place on tears However the little lady with blonde hair and glasses( didnt get her name)in this office location is very disrespectful and demeaning. This woman raised her voice several times at me over he phone. I went to the office once vehicle was returned to speak with her to advise her that she offended me when she spoke with me over the phone. I advised her that I felt threatened by her tone and she cut me off and talk over me stating that was the protocol and that she was doing her job an. I will be do following up with Uhaul Corporate office to express the disrespect and embarrassment and fear my family felt after visiting this location.

2nd time here, both times the guy here made here for like 20 minutes, whatever he had to do was not more important than customers. 2nd time here, he was in the back with a girl because she came out and said hell be with us soon. Thats terrible customer service. Never coming back.

I should start off by saying that I have never written a bad review before, thats how much this location screwed me over. I guess I should have read these reviews before choosing this location to install a hitch on my car. I scheduled a hitch installation for a Saturday well in advance and was contacted a few days before by an employee at that location that left a message for me to call back to schedule a time and left a number. I called the number but it was the main uhaul number and they told me I would have to contact that person directly and they did not have that info so they would send him an email for me. Come Friday, I heard nothing and am starting to panick because Saturday is the only day I can do this and need to pick up my boat the next coming weekend. I call the number again and they were able to schedule me for a time to drop it off on Saturday. I show up on Saturday and tell the lady behind the desk I am scheduled to get a hitch installed. She relays this info to the man next to her that simply says I dont think so when she tells him I am here to get a hitch installed. He casually tells us that there are no technicians on that day. How is it possible for this to happen? The manager is unsympathic and just tells us to make an appointment for a different day. I guess they dont understand that some people have busy schedules and try to make appointments for a reason. Now I am scrambling to figure out when and where I can get this installed before I have to pick up the boat. Thanks a lot Uhaul - never doing business with you again.

First let me say this experience was in 2005. Unbelievable business practices and bad attitudes from the local punk kids who worked there.Regardless of the year, Ill say some Uhaul places have a practice of intentionally giving away your rentals. Tthey make a full rental off it and they charge you a penalty.I made a reservation for a Saturday. I asked to make sure Id have the truck available all day. Then the kid at the counter asked me when Id pick it up. I said, uh...does it matter? I have it all day reservation right? And they said yeh, its just so they can know when to expect me. So I said 7am (when they open). Well I got there at 10am and they had given my rental away. I about flipped my lid. And there was another person in there whos rental they had also given away. When I told them I specifically asked about timing, they didnt care. I then asked to see that policy in writing and the punk literally pulled out a blank sheet of paper and wrote something like We gave your truck away. The only satisfaction is knowing that loser is holding himself back and probably will for life.Anyway, dont know if its under the same ownership, but beware!

Very rude employees. Ive been here a few times, and they have been extremeley rude every time. Go to the Woodlawn location if possible.

I wouldnt recommend going to this location for just propane. There was 3 other customers ahead of me being helped with trailer rentals and waited for approximately 30 min to be helped . Never again !

Worst customer service ever (7/6/18, 2pm)!!! One guy was playing on the computer, the other was on the phone with his personal business. I had even no chance to talk to a manager, spent there 45 minutes waiting for no reason and didnt get a propane refill. I will never come back there.

Service is netroshis, had a reservation for a Saturday 7am opening. Between all the problems I got the truck at 10am.They try to wait on 4 people at once so things kept getting screwed up.

I was in and out with a truck in less than half an hour. Its how it should be.

They lie about their prices. They tell you 19.99 but you end paying 40 plus mileage and you have to put down $150 cash deposit.
