The advice these guys gave me on how to keep my pool blue and clear this summer made all the difference. With record heat this year I havent had one outbreak of yellow algae. And the black algae that Ive had in my pool for 10 years has been slowed down dramatically. I appreciate it you guys.

Better than usual recently. Ive taken care of my pool through Leslies for years i was given bad advice. Had to drain pool 3x. Then after speaking with their chemist their chemicals such as Chlor-Brite or others are not intended to be used year round or you will end up with too much conditioner. The store unfortunately does not tell you that even though your records are stored.

Another trip down to Leslies Pools to seek guidance about our pool. This time for cloudiness after an algae attack. Leslie also tests your pool water, which confirmed that I still had twice the recommended phosphates in the water. Staff know their stuff, and after I described the matter I was offered an enzyme liquid to dissolve the dead material. By gosh, by the next day the water was indeed clear after application.Weve gone to the Palm Springs and Cathedral City stores. Both are good. It seems the Cathedral City store has two folks on staff. As both stores always have customers I prefer the CC store. As before each store gave good advice about the condition of my pool water.Both stores can get busy, so a brief wait is likely. Know what you want to ask before getting into the store which may help the staff get you a quick answer.Water testing is free, and with the onset of summer it is worth the weekly trip there to keep your pool in top top shape.

I dont know how long theyve been in business but considering how knowledgeable they are it must be quite a long time. Should you have any questions, concerns, repairs this is the place. All their staff is very knowledgeable, experienced and pleasant. They even provide same day service depending on your urgentcy. Some of their prices are a bit high it just depends on the service you need. I definitely recommend Leslies Pool Supplies to all my friends and family members.

Excellent customer service and also very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, Miguel will no longer be able to take care of customers since either this Friday or Saturday will be his last day.

So my Husband walked in to buy our kids Floaties and cool stuff for the pool. Well the guy working at the store told my husban Not to move or look around the store without him. Making my Husban feel Uncomfortable seemingly Accusing him as if he was there to STEAL stuff or just being Raisist. Whatever the case was we will never go back!

Outstanding customer service, was educated with chlorine vs. Salt pool water and even picked up a miniature pool for my son.

Last week brought water same in to be tested. Girl behind counter said machine was down, can email you results when she can test it.. gave email and left.. its now a week later still no results and everytime I call the store it goes to a fax machine... get it together and answer the phone...chances are there is only 1 person in store as usual.. staff your stores please
