We have had a contract with this company for 8 years, but it is a rental property so we havent been around much until now. Turns out they just dont show up. At all. So I thought I had someone coming regularly for pest control, but there wasnt. No communication, no explanation.

I needed rapid response for a mouse problem. Frazier sent a wonderful superintendent who explained everything and was very careful to make sure my Pug and I were minimally exposed to chemicals. Luis wore a mask the entire time, even outside in the heat while he was inspecting my mobile home. Pricing is reasonable. I am so grateful for the care and concern.

I read reviews on this company and Im confused. Why is everyone else getting great service and we cant get Luis to come back and finish the job. He was here 10 days ago and we paid him. Havent seen him since and Ive called him. This is ridiculous!! I expect a full refund!!

Since initiating a simple spray treatment program May-October each year, we have reduced the number of bugs that gain access to our house by over 80%. Our tech, Ruben, is extremely conscientious and professional.He is my hero. I had to return to the house by myself without hubby on Saturday and do the reopening and clean up alone. To my horror, I had two huge cockroaches in master bath because we forgot to cover the shower drain. I’ve Never had this. I blocked the room off and slept in guest room. Lol. Then- washing down courtyard. HUGE yellow scorpion a few feet away; and I was barefoot!! We’ve never had a scorpion. Called Frazier’s and left a crazy hysterical message, they called back very early on Monday and had Ruben to my house by the afternoon. Though it was hiding, Ruben found & exterminated the scorpion, sprayed area, treated master bath, and patiently tolerated my crazy phobic behavior throughout whole process. As he predicted, by next morning the deceased roaches appeared and I could clean up. No further problems. This company ALWAYS delivers, promptly, professionally, and with kindness and integrity.Trust me, they’re the best pest control company in the area.

I found the first inspector to come out from Frazier to be most helpful in explaining to me what was going on with vermin on my roof. They provide good information in addition to service, and I have used other firms in the valley. Frazier is tops.

Still have termites here at Casa Verde in Palm Springs. Have requested a third visit to fix the problem but no response from my website submission for another appointment to the original one done when purchases.This HOA refuses to do anything and this company appears ineffective. Try a different one.

Frazier Pest Control does a great job keeping my house a bug free zone. They come out for monthly service without any action by me, and now the only bugs I see around my house are dead ones.

One driver who speeds on a residential area going about 70mph. He overpassed a driver, going the limit, turning right. Then the driver of this company cut a driver off turning right zooming and speeding. Rude.

We contracted Frazier on 12/22/2012 to get rid of bees that we had in the corner of our roof in front of our home. I am allergic to bees so I made sure we found a pest control company that said they took care of bees. They sprayed and nothing happened. They said to wait a few days, but the bees were still there. They came out again and sprayed. Still no results. I called again, and they said they would come out again and use a stronger chemical. Still, no results. We called again and they said they would come out again, but we still had bees galore. We finally called another company and told them there is a hive and after one treatment the bees are finally gone, thanks to BioTech. Called Frazier for my money back and they said no way. Unbelievable. False advertising from Frazier. They cant rid bees and probably cant get rid of anything. Dont waste your money.
