Recently went back to this salon for a pedicure first and then a week later for a manicure, had a male manicurist with a high-pitched voice. He mauled me both times, drawing blood, and it hurt like hell during and after. Did not see sterilized instruments in a sealed packet, nor did he use alcohol to sterilize my wounds! Do not go to this salon as you risk infection and god knows what else!

We were so excited that they were open on a Sunday! The staff was super sweet & very accommodating.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for years. Recently, their work and customer service has been lacking. I was there 3 times in less than a week to fix my dip manicure. I got it done on 6/29. I called the salon first to explain why I was coming, the manicure was chipping off on 6/30; Ben answered. They fixed it. Then the dip was so fragile and it was popping off throughout the week. It was the 4th of July. They were closed on that day to call and tell them about it. I ended up going on Friday, 7/5. I called in the morning. Ben answered. He said yes come. As they were finishing up the manicure. And I thought he was going to be understanding and have pride in having happy customers. And apologize for the inconvenience. And take care of me. But instead I’m being charged. Ben was uncooperative and unprofessional. He just kept saying, “I don’t know what you mean, I don’t know what you mean...” it was a back and forth conversation. It wasn’t going anywhere. Horrible customer service and no type of communication. I do not recommend coming here.

I love this place Ive been going to it for years for nails pedicures special nail art for events. And now for eyelash extensions excellent service caring people I absolutely highly recommend Victor...Victor can remove your nails give you a brand new set and do nail art in 1 hour!!!! Professional, courteous and friendly. The other employees are excellent but I find Victor to be the very top manicurist.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HYGIENE.So, I was a walk in for a regular manicure and pedicure. I did my pedicure first, they rushed through it and also caused an ingrown nail. However, the worst part of it was the manicure. I sit down for the manicure and I notice that the tools the manicurist has to do my manicure STILL HAVE SOMEONES LEFT OVER SKIN ON THEM.I did not ask for the manicurists name, but she sits at station 5.Completely unacceptable.Please. Go somewhere else!

This is the best place I have been to In The Valley. Their prices are great and the customer service is really good. I am very happy almost every single time and the one time I wasnt, I went back in and ask them to fix it and they gladly helped me out

They charge you for every little thing here no wonder why they are never busy here...... 3 dollars to remove toe nail polish...... two dollars per nail to add glitter polish on top of regular nail polish. Plus the pedicure was a joke nothing special just felt like he washed my feet off omg. When he asked if I wanted my nails trimed I felt like maybe they charge extra for that also. Never coming back to this place worst nail place in the valley!!!!!!!!

I came to get my nails done while on vacation and I had to come back the next day because my gel came off....not only was it a inconvenience but he had the nerve to tell me to come back...... remind u I dont live out here and I was leaving that day...... so unprofessional.....I will never go back

No thank you, went with friend for a pedi. She asked if they could do something on the nail and the first person didnt answer so she asked the person I one I was to have. She got a yes. Oh no, it was a terrible job. She gave attutide to the client when it was brought to her attention that she forgot to Massage the other leg. I couldnt believe she dist her in front of both of us. Dont need this, wont be back.

I went Into this shop My grandmother dropped me off because she was going to get my nails done for my birthday coming up. I tell Them my grandma will be coming back and paying I’m 17 years old my birthday is 2 days away so when I go To a nail shop I want To be pampered and enjoy myself and it turned into a stressful and discriminative experience.After getting my toes done the man the manager doing my nails told me he would not paint my nails until he was paid after I had already said that my grandmother was going to come back and pay for my nails as a birthday gift. After I started complaining to him he started painting my nails him and one of his employees was going back-and-forth with me trying to tell me that that was just their policy when I’ve been to so many nail shops San Diego LA etc. and you don’t pay until after your nails are done and dried then you pay at the front. I was Wearing relaxed clothes no makeup and hair in a messy bun Im a mixed female and felt discriminated the shop was full of women getting there nails done none has paid before getting them painted but he was insisting I did when the row of females to my side were getting them done and painted no problem terrible first experience my nails and toes look great but to feel discriminated and your nail pampering experience is completely ruined it makes you never want to come back and I will Not be returning to this establishment again everything was handled very very unprofessionally and the experience has ruined my whole day 2 days before my 18th birthday

I have been going to this place for about 3 years. Usually haveing a good experience with my main girl, but not so much with the front guy, Ben. He likes to tell me how Im going to do my nails. He is rude, unprofessional, and quite honestly sucks in customer service. He forgets about the paying customer and instead wants to boss around the staff.Wont return....

I came for my baby shower nails and I’m in LOVE ! I’ve never had a good experience anywhere shout out to Ben for his amazing work. My nails were a little complicated and he pulled it off!

Victor is awesome!!! Immediate management needs help though. If Victor wasnt there, I would go elsewhere.

I just went there for the first time with my best friend and we witness a guy refusing to give a what she wanted and then the lady tht was doing my feet killed a fly n picked it up n try to start my nails without changing her gloves n she got mad when I asked her to change them.... And they were jus very rude and had no kind of customer service and I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN 👎

I really dont recommend getting your nails done here. I got a Gel manicure which should of lasted 2 weeks and instead only lasted 2 days I went back they where very unprofessional they kept cursing in their language I will never go back to this place!!!! I dont like to ever complain but I spend alot of money that day to only be treated bad.
