I went here out of share desperation on the new 2017 Chrysler mobility van I had just bought. When loading the wheelchair it did not line up correctly with the straps and so we went to see MSI mobility. I called them and they said they could see me immediately. I went down and they looked the vehicle over and came up with a great solution on how we could fix the issue. They said they could get the vehicle in next Friday so we go in to have the straps and the stops moved to where theyll match up with my wheelchair. I look forward to working with them now and in the future.

Mark installed a custom scooter lift on the back of my SUV, and other places said it couldnt be done or didnt wnat to do it and he got it done. Very great guy and great customer service. Very pleased with his service.

Great customer service excellent workmanship

Mark has been our mechanic for years now. My brother is a quadriplegic and he has a van that is equipped just for him. He has very little use of his hands and obviously is paralyzed. Mark Strong and his Imagineering have made it possible for my brother to live more of a normal life. He really takes his time in explaining exactly what he is going to do, gets our O.K and then does it! There is only one problem...there is only one of him.
