Brought in my vintage radio to try and get it fixed. They told me it will take them 4 days to fix it. Instead, my radio was there for 2 months. I called them 2 different days telling them I want my radio back and they kept insisting they will fix it. They couldve at least been honest within the 2nd week telling me they couldnt fix it. At least they didnt charge me anything. They just gave it back to me in the 2nd month telling me they couldnt do anything. What they couldnt do in 2 months, I ended up trying to fix it and it took me 2 hours. My business with them is done.

I dropped off my subwoofer unit and a Pioneer AV receiver for repair 2 weeks ago. As I had not heard from anyone there, I called for a status update and only at that point did the repairs begin. On the plus side, I got a call 2 days later with the repairs made. Another drawback to my experience was that my subwoofer was returned to me dusty and scratched all to hell which was very upsetting as I am a freak about taking care of my stuff. Lastly, although the invoice does list the parts that were replaced, it does not provide a breakout by individual component. Upon pick-up, for clarity sake, the invoice should have been reviewed with the customer by either the technician himself or the customer service representative.

We brought in our Luxman receiver for cleaning and volume control repair and Mario turned it around in an afternoon. We appreciate small businesses like this. Cash or check only.

The French gentleman Charly doesnt own no works there anymore. It has a new owner. I dropped my device off. Never received a call to pick it up. I went in to see how it was doing several weeks later, it still was not fixed. He said come back in 3 days. I came back in two weeks. The device was returned as I left it. Broken not fixed. All the parts I brought with me he claimed were working fine. He gave me an auxiliary cord that doesnt work and charged me $95.00 for absolutely nothing. You decide.

Brought my piece of equipment in one day and he diagnosed at the same day and fixed it and I picked it up the next day very reasonable no charge to tell me what was wrong with it I would highly recommend he’s guys are great

Have had my stereo there 6 weeks. Never calls, hardly answers....when I get him on the phone, he says he’ll call back and doesn’t. Just going to have to pick up unrepaired.

Because I took my television two Charlies to see what was wrong with it the power had went out and he told me that it was free to estimate the television then a day later he call me back and told me that he found out what was wrong with my television and he could fix it for $160 but with no warranty so I then replied if I paid you $200 would I get a warranty he replied yes 30 days but I never gave him authorization to do the repair on my television so I left my television there for a day or so because I had to work and I called him the following day so that I could pick up my television from Charlies I get there he had already did the repair to my television without my permission I do not trust this business I would advise anyone thinking about bringing their Electronics here not to do it
