These folks were great. They fit us in with short notice on the Friday before Memorial Day and had us back on the road in time to continue our road trip.

Stranded in Palm Springs with a dead alternator, I left messages with several mechanics on a Sunday evening. Christy called me promptly at 8AM Monday, set up a towing co. for us who got the car to Starrs by 9AM and we were on the road by just after 11AM. Christy was very positive and pleasant and made me feel right at home. The only negative is they are not located in Long Beach where I live! Thanks Jon and Christy!!

The best shop I’ve encountered is my 7 years in the Valley. The Starr’s are thoughtful, friendly, and honest. They met or finished prior to the deadlines I was given of the repair times. There was no price gouging and no pressure, just helpful advice about future maintenance recommendations. Will definitely give them my business in the future.
