I came into Palm Springs for the weekend, and the last thing I thought I was going to do is buy a new truck. I just stopped by to look at the new 22 Frontier. They were very respectful and did not attack me when I got on the lot, and they made me such a great deal on a Titan, there was no way I was going to pass it up. Got a beautiful new Titan Pro4x with no games, no hidden charges, and they even took some extra time to make sure I got the best interest rate available. Thanks to Manuel for such great service.

Best buying experience ever! Did most of the deal over the phone and all I had to do was show up and hand them the keys to my car and signed the papers for the new one! Was in and out in under 30 min! They gave me the best deal that no other dealer could touch! Special thanks to Kevin and Maged for making this happen!

I went in for a Battery replacement to save money. My battery was still under 50% prorated warranty. I saved around $50.00 by going to the Palm Springs Nissan Dealership in Cathedral City, instead of having to buy it at AutoZone. I was very happy! I was never assigned a Service Advisor/Consultant. Eventually, someone just took me, wrote it up and I never saw him again. I had four different people handle my questions and ultimately checked me out. I will never make an 11:00am appointment again. I dont fully understand what recommendations I need first.It

Took my car in for a diagnostic test on transmission. They said the problem was fixed and it was just a software update. I took my car in that morning and they were done that afternoon. I went to pick up my car. As I was driving down the street my car still had the same problem. I drove back to service department. They said they would need to look at it again. They kept my car over night. The next day they said I needed a new transmission. I went to go pick up my car. On the way home I noticed my car had way more problems than it originally had. My car completely died on the way home. I jumped my car. The battery started to spark when putting on the jumper cables and the break lights were on when the car was off. Now my car is completely gone.

Went in 2 hours before closing just to test drive a new white Nissan Sentra to see if it was the right fit. Loved how it drove. Went inside saw this beautiful blue Sentra.. had All the bells and whistles. Maxwell was our salesman he was wonderful so we decided on the blue car .. took it off the showroom floor. All the staff were so kind and very nice. It was the best experience of buying a car. I recommend Maxwell at Nissan.. He will give you what you want!!

Alex was great to work with in service. I would give him 5 stars. That being said,, Nissan dealerships in the desert are terrible and sells the worst cars. Beware of Nissan dealers in the desert. 89000 miles on my car, second engine, and now having issues with this one after only 21000 miles. Nissan does not stand behind their product. Took in for an engine light. Repair cost almost 3000. Next day engine light back on for same codes. They did finally make the necessary fix. Beware, Beware, beware.

I had just bought out my lease on a Nissan Rogue Sport, had made the first payment when the overhead lights fell out of the roof of the car as I was driving down the street. Called the salesman who had sold it to me, he couldnt help, but would be happy to sale me a new car. Talked to the Sales manager, Ali, he couldnt help. The person who helped me was Edgar, the service manager. He said he would do his best to help me, pure Customer Service. Ill be back to the Service Dept but not your sales dept. Edgar was the best advertisement for this dealership.

My boyfriend and I went in and were very up front with what we needed and what our budget was. We test drove a few used cars and got talked into purchasing a new car. We assumed since the salesman was aware of our FIRM budget, the new car was within it. It turned out to be over double what we could pay and when we told him that his entire attitude turned dismissive and rude. The manager came over and loudly informed us the price was the best he could do and we absolutely would not find anything lower anywhere. We reminded them we had been looking for a used car, not new. That was ignored and we were advised to call family/friends to help us pay for a new car. We left after a bit more lecturing on how we should just buy the new car right away and shocker, found a used car elsewhere in our budget. I would never recommend anyone go here.

Generally happy with the sales rep. and the cars I selected online before even going to the dealership. What’s been really disappointing is their warranty coverage and how it’s sold/cancelled. First car purchased through them was totaled and the cancellation of the warranty should have been handled in ‘about 10 days’. It took weeks of me contacting them and finally I had to go into the office and wait for a check to be prepared. Fast forward when we purchased the next set of cars we were told that the supreme QualityGuard coverage would cover all components and my deductible would be $100 - too good to be true even for the $2800 price. My mistake for trusting the finance guy selling me an extra product. Come to find out the ‘bumper to bumper’ coverage doesn’t include driver assistance like the back up camera. Selling warranty coverage just seems like a scam to increase their % of the sale. I don’t imagine canceling the warranty this time will be handled any faster.

Terrible customer service. 45 minute drive but they didnt have me on the schedule or know what service I was there for. Though I had been confirmed by text a couple times. The guy asked to see the text and asked 3 times the name of the guy who made the appt. Then i was taken into a room to see the manager who said the guy who made the appt. was gone. He was a barrel of fun. Not. I finally had to leave.

I can say my experience with dealerships and drive testing has been less than favorable but this Nissan dealership is awesome. Super friendly atmosphere with kind knowledgeable salespeople. If youre in the market for a new Nissan (or a pre-owned vehicle) this is definitely the place to go! From beginning to end, everything was fluent and honest. Ive been in a wide variety of dealerships, but this was an experience like no other! While my Nissan Rogue is 4 years old, it’s in pretty good shape with only 13,500 miles on it. The intense summer heat out here in the desert caused a critical interior car part to fail, thus creating a safety hazard. With my car being passed its warranty date, Nissan graciously applied its “good will” policy to the cost of replacing the part. While I do appreciate Nissan paying 80% of the bill, I really don’t believe I should have had to pay anything at all since the failure of the part was clearly due to a design flaw. Waiting an entire week to be told when the part would be in, I called the dealership myself only to be told the part had already come in 3 days ago. Rather than the service department planning ahead by scheduling me a service appointment to get the part replaced, the service manager himself had to schedule one for me.More importantly however was the day I brought my Rogue in to get the part replaced. After paying the $50 (my share of the bill) I was told my car would be ready as soon as it was sanitized. Standing there waiting for over 20 minutes I asked a young man in the service department if he could check on the status of my car. I watched the young man as he took my fob from the hook on the wall, walked to where my car was in the parking lot, and drove it over to where I was standing. My key fob was still in the service department hanging on the wall which meant there was nobody sanitizing my car. As I got into my car and drove away, I wondered whether my car had been sanitized earlier on in the process or never sanitized at all.If you’re going to tell a customer that something specific is happening next, then you better make damn well sure that it does happen next instead of just leaving the customer standing there wondering where his car is.

My vehicle was in the shop for over 3 weeks. The dealership wouldn’t provide a loaner. I had to submit a complaint directly to Nissan. Then, the dealership provided a vehicle. After 3 weeks, Joe, one of the service representatives, was rude to me. I guess he didn’t appreciate me contacting Nissan about getting a loaner. I will not purchase another Nissan again after this experience and I am looking to trade my current vehicle for another brand.

And Deborah Hurley in finance is so experienced and nice to work with that the papers seemed to flow easily on her desk because she knows what she is doing...Ive been looking for months for my 2018 Nissan Murano Platinum in blue with tan interior--couldnt find it and dealers all over Phoenix area didnt seem to want to call another dealer. When I went into dealers I felt they were giving me run arounds with numbers for my 2nd and 3rd choices, but none of the transactions were straight deals. They would start out, I know the car says $32,999 on it, but lets start with this number $36,000 here. Well they would lose me. I felt like they were treating my money like it was Monopoly money for their game, adding in dealer fees, more dealer fees, etc. 24 hours ago I tried California and found Palm Springs Nissan had my car. They gave me a fair no nonsense price that morning, Fernando answered every question I had and was responsive to make the deal happen. He had it ready for me when I drove the 4.5 hours 1-way to get it. This wouldnt have happened without a Great Manager in the office, he approved my deal quickly and kept things flowing. I know enough about management that you have to look up when things are working. Cudos to Palm Springs Nissan Management, Fernando, and Deborah for accomplishing in literally hours, what all the Nissan dealers in Phoenix/Scottsdale couldnt do in months. Fernando, thank you for staying late for me. I wish you many many bluebirds to you and your family. I was wanting to purchase a vehicle this weekend, I also wanted to keep my tax dollars near where I live rather than go somewhere else. They said they would match what the other dealerships OTD price was. The other dealership refused to give me a breakdown of what I was paying for. So I told Loab who works in finance what their OTD price was at the other dealership. He said they would match it. I said perfect and asked for a breakdown of the fees etc, I noticed an alarm was on the quote. Aparently they added an alarm on every vehicle on the lot because we live close to the border, that is exactly what the sales person told me, I have screenshots to prove it. Strange I thought because last I knew alarms dont cost over $1200. So I told Loab that my brother used to work there which he did and he told me that the alarms are not actual alarms. They are key management systems so they can use any key fob to open the doors of the vehicles so its convenient. Then when you go to purchase the vehicle they turn it into an alarm. I told Loab that I do not want the alarm and to take it off, he did. He sent me a new breakdown of the price of the car and it was the same. You would think because they took the alarm off that the price would drop $1200 but it didnt. He just moved it around elsewhere in the fees or the price of the vehicle. When I asked him about it he said I matched the price of the other dealership. Yes, yes you did Loab but when you take something off then the price should be cheaper. This place is a joke. I would recommend going elsewhere!!! Buyer beware!!!
