I would like to thank diamond and lucky for their outstanding customer service with helping me get all my papers printed on the computer and also with getting my documents faxed over I appreciate anyone that allows me to stay after the store hours were already getting ready to end they did not rush me and made sure they got me taking care of with everything I needed even had a decent conversation and enjoyed it while my stuff was still dialing through the fax machine these two were both extremely friendly and never once made me feel unwelcome or Rushed I really do appreciate them thank you guys so much
Fast, competent and compassionate. A big Thank you goes to Kaiser for his help today.
Staff is friendly but not very knowledgeable with printing services. I go here to print my resume because its conveniently close but I have to always show them how to do it or make sure to look at the details because the one guy who does it doesnt know what hes doing. Shipping services are good but usually long lines all day.
I always get great service here. Super friendly staff. Ive used their shipping, packing, and notary services.
On a super hot Saturday morning shortly after The UPS store opened I stood in line behind 3 other customers. Had a package to ship back to Williams-Sonoma. SHAYNA the sole employee moved quickly to help customers. She was friendly, patient & funny. SHAYNA went above & beyond to assist with my difficult return. Every one Ive dealt with in this store has been great. Thank you all very much!
Friendly Staff!!! Super helpful
I went to have a Livescan done sometime ago and it was returned due were errors. I went back on Sunday 3/7 the clerk didn’t feel well and asked me to come during the week. I went today and the guy said they don’t do Livescan after 6; it was 6:01, the store closes at 6:30 and I was the only customer in the store! I ask him to show me a sign or a policy stating this and he said he couldn’t. That’s terrible service and won’t go back again!
No stars deserved. This store has the worst customer service. I ve experienced several times too many, tried to give this store a chance.Arrived today to drop off packages. The greeting I got from some blonde woman wasnt a hello welcome to our store. It was in a unfriendly tone, Uh...we arent accepting any larger packages! I was like what do you mean? We dont have any room to store your package. I said i drove all the way over here. Her attitude was like oh well and she stated not my fault, ups truck didnt snow up, we have over 3 packages waiting to be picked up. I said, thats not my fault either. I promised to file a complaint. This employee could have had a sign up indicating this on the store window. So people dont stand outside waiting to come in.A few days go my partner went to this store and waited for 10 minutes for her fax to go through. It went through right away, the store didnt tell her because the customer service person walked away from the fax. There was more then just these experiences. Now its time to complain and worn others dont support this store. Like a customer wrote, go to another store that deserves your business!
Staff are ALWAYS HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS UPS STORE IF YOU WANT DELIVERY AND COMPUTER RELATED SERVICES.
I sent my assistant today to drop a small prepaid box for Amazon weighing 1 pound the width & height was 8x8 inches, as you can see its a very small box. He arrived at the store 10 minutes before closing and he the only customer at that time in this store. Tori spoke rudely to him, and refused to take this box, by giving him a reason, that the store was very full of boxes and owners has told her not to take anymore boxes at all. I have used UPS stores for over 20 years for all of my businesses, but have never received this excuse from any employee ever. I found her rude behavior was simply racist because my Assistant is black young man, and she made us waste our time and gas to go to the store. While my assistant was calling me over the phone to tell me she is refusing to take the box, .He saw another white guy walked into the store with 3 times bigger box and she took it from him and did not tell him the owners has told her to not to take anymore boxes. The logical reason is May be owner is white and he only wants to take boxes from white customers. I find Tori,s action very inconsiderate in these hard times, A Company Like UPS is in service business and we are not living in times where, the company chooses to take package based on what is your skin color. Her action was truly racist, and I will let all other business in the area, know of these facts.
Good staff and quick service, what more can you ask for? Ive never had issue, all Ive done is drop off packages with pre-printed labels going back to Amazon. Never dealt with any of the other services they offer
Rude employees. Act like they are working for free. Very inefficient. Lost package and doesn’t care. Won’t help after you paid and left the store. Avoid this location at all costs!
Super manager great staffSupply.Great location. They go the extra to help customers i really appreciate.
I dropped Amazon box off. Then got home and found there was a part that I forgot to put it in. I drove back to the store and there were a long line because of holiday. I thought what a trouble that I made. But the older lady was very nice and allowed me to go with her to their back office. She was so patient to finally find my box at the bottom of the piled boxes. She could have refused to help me since they were so busy. I am very thankful for her wonderful service today.
I tried 3 times and could get a quote for shipping on an item even though I had all the necessary info on the package.
Too busy to give me a price.
What a racket. If you want to print out a single piece of paper, youre required to rent their computer for $2.50 and pay $0.25 per page. You cant email your doc or use a flash drive. Went to FedEx instead where theres no bs charge and only costs $0.13 per page.
Got my live finger scan here and was greeted immediately. I was helped very quickly and Danielle (i think) and the other two ladies were super friendly.
Had a slew of extra fees for dropping off usps mail. Refused to share/ didn’t know where the closest office was - turned out it was across the street.
The clerks are helpful and upbeat
I used their pack and ship and they LOST or STOLE the PACKAGE!!! I sent the package on 10th and the UPS tracking says that it was never recieved by a truck. It was supposed to have arrived at destination on the 11th - but the package isnt even in the system and no one will answer questions or find it. )Lots of finger pointing, no one accepting responisibility)Our package eventually surfaced, but the fact that this store did not require the UPS driver to scan/sign for our packages leaves me feeling wary. UPS and its enterprises are responsible for something called CHAIN OF CUSTODY - which means the package must be the responsibility of everyone within its journey. If the package is not scanned at each stop, then this chain has been broken, AND ISO and other laws of shipper handling have been violated. Violations can lead to huge fines and loss of government contracts.
Terrible customer service - they were supposed to ship back my ATT equipment because they partner with ATT. They couldnt give me a tracking number the same day but promised to email it to me. They never did, even after repeat phone calls. Then ATT claims to not have received the box for 6 weeks. Now Im wasting hours of my time with Sarah and Cora and get nothing but a runaround and still dont have a tracking number.Time to get the BBB involved
Before you go, you need to know that the UPS stores are independant businesses, not owned by the UPS or even The UPS store (think franchise). Also, under UPS Store rules, UPS stores are not responsible for the performance of the contractors they provide, such as UPS. Also know that under UPS terms and conditions, your only recourse for a claim against UPS is arbitration, through their favorite service or a local court such as small claims court. You are also prevented from making public statements about the final decision.I shipped a package recently. It was almost to its destination, when UPS reported damage. They also reported that the customer had refused delivery (he hadnt, and I have it in writing). A damage report states that the package was damaged because it didnt meet ISTA package guidelines. the ISTA is just a trade association that makes packaging recommendations. In my case, since the package was 41#, it needed to be wrapped in more than an inch of bubble wrap and placed in a box of a certain rating. You dont know this, I didnt know this, and I ship and receive lots of amps, generally with minimal damage. UPS presents no proof that the amp wouldnt have been damaged if it had been packed according to ISTA specifications, but, by their logic, since it wasnt, and it was damaged, it must have been the package, not a big drop or something. Basically, UPS holds that they are not liable for damage unless you follow the ISTA guidelines that you probably never heard of.So understand this. You put your package up on the scale, they enter your information and the package weight and dimensions, and then they offer you insurance, even if the package doesnt meet the mysterious ISTA guidelines and wont be covered. A store employee (I think she is owner, or at least a manager), told me that they dont even have the specs. After inspecting it as a damaged item, UPS shipped it back to the UPS store, in the original packaging (good enough for them, but not good enough for me?). The amp is basically a strong box made out of 3/4 lumber, and it was fine. Three of five tubes had fallen out and broken. The manufacturer of the amp ships with tubes installed, in a single-layered box with eight cardboard corners supporting the amp are reinforcing the corners.Folks who have guitar amps typically transport their amp around town in the trunk of their car with no protection, except maybe a cover. Its rare that a tube falls out, and the manufacturers are comfortable with mounting the tube sockets upside down. The tubes are hard to pull out. The amp must have been subject to high acceleration due to shock (dropped). While it was being returned, the UPS Store filed a damage claim for me. I appreciate their concern, or maybe not. I never asked them to or received a copy. I did finally receive UPSs damage report, and was told that my claim had been denied due to insufficient packaging, that UPS considered the issue closed, and that I couldnt file a second damage complaint. The the UPS store, while refusing responsibility, made a claim on my behalf without my input, it was denied, and I cant complain. I have to think that UPS likes it this way.Clearly, my customer never received the package, and I cant even get reimbursed for the shipping charges.I called the UPS Store about the situation, and I was told theyd call right back after checking with UPS. I didnt get a return call for an hour and a half, so I called back. When I came in for more information, they acted like calling in twice was rude.
Got there a few minutes before closing and they were already locked up. Associate just waved me away.
They charged me $5 for 1 page black n white print from email.
