Move over Avengers, there is a new superhero in town and his name is Toby. While Toby does not claim to be able to fly or have super strength, he does have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the real estate market. Toby was able to find and get our dream home under contract then turn around two days later and have our other property for sale under contract. The sale went wonky and the buyer backed out and Toby had us back under contract with another buyer under 24 hours later with a purchase price 10% above what we were expecting to get.We have used Toby several times and it has been an absolute pleasure to work with him. He is patient, knowledgeable and he has some pretty state of the art picture taking techniques.
