A truly fantastic internet service provider. We moved to rural Castle Rock from downtown Denver a couple of years ago, and first tried a local satellite ISP which was absolutely terrible. We stumbled across Xtream just browsing online and had nothing to lose so we gave them a shot. We could not be happier - we have the 25mbps speed and it is more than enough for 5 people in a large home. Two of us work from home full time, and we can all simultaneously stream/watch TV/use WiFi with no issues.Arguably more importantly is their exceptional customer service. Every time I call, a live human being responds. Very courteous and helpful. Of course they suffer the occasional temporary outage, but we are immediately notified by text message that there is an outage and it is always resolved in 30 minutes max, usually shorter. Give Xtream your business - you will be ecstatic.

We just had this service installed in our home yesterday. Unbelieveable. We can now work from home with greater efficiency. Streaming is crazy good. The entire experience of working with the XtreamInternet team, start to finish, was A++. An internet service to make living in a rural setting truly enjoyable for modern times? Yep. An internet service that will allow me to stream 4k HDR content with Dolby Atmos ? Yep. An internet service that brings fiber-like latency that is consistent to a rural area? Yep. If you live in rural Castle Rock, this is almost certainly the best internet provider you can have. I was unsure of how good fixed wireless could possibly be... I was shocked at how amazing and simple it turned out to be. I do a lot of competitive online gaming, and know how important packet latency, jitter and loss is - and I can tell you latency is low, jitter is low, and loss never happens. Google DNS I consistently get 20ms latency, and the network routing is solid - the least amount of hops to my destinations Ive had with any internet service. The customer support XtreamInternet has is top notch, the best, period. In my entire life I have never had customer service like they have offered me. Everyone Ive dealt with at the company has been friendly, intelligent and honest with every single aspect of the service. Installation was fast and easy. Weather doesnt have an effect on my equipment at all (which if youre rural you know how annoying satellite tv can be during storms). In well over a year Ive only had 1 unexpected outage that lasted all of 15 minutes, hard to find that level of reliability in any Internet or Utility provider. I wish I could give double the maximum amount of stars because they have truly made living in a rural setting fully enjoyable for the modern times. :)

Both my wife and I work from home over 90% of the time, I work for NASA and she runs her own consulting firm out of our home. We are frequently both on SkypeTM calls simultaneously, often for hours at a time, frequently sharing our screens or viewing online meeting content. Add on top of this my habit of live-streaming business news on my office TV and my wife’s frequent streaming of music through our SONOS system in her office, on a daily basis. We have had zero issues in the several months we’ve been using XtreamInternet service, streaming content, web surfing, live web meetings, all have been smooth and uninterrupted.I often ran internet speed tests in the first couple of months, at different times of the day and night to test our service, they deliver consistently above 20Mbps, frequently bumping right up to 25Mbps, they deliver what they promise and the one time I had to call support, they were very responsive, kept me informed of the technical issue, and resolved the problem swiftly. I highly recommend this service if, like us, you MUST have fast & reliable internet even though you live or work in a remote area. We couldn’t be happier!

I live in Sedalia Colorado, XtreamInternet installed my system about Four months ago and i havent had any issues . Over the last 10 years i have tryed several satellite companys after a couple weeks they all had very poor performance. Xtream Internet has by far been the best internet I have ever had in A Rural area. I will always use this company. Take it from me you will be very happy with there service.
