This was ok as I would just call in using my phone.Today however I had a very important job interview using Microsoft Teams. I couldnt boot windows, I needed a BIOS reset. They got me in fast and got everything repaired in a just a couple days for a low price.

I have had repairs done here and even purchased a used one here too. They do very good work and are very responsive. Their rates are good enough that it does not pay for me to go down the DIY road.

I bought a used (very reasonably priced) computer from Duke at Laptop Repair Castle Rock a few months ago and couldnt be happier. I had him upgrade it to a faster speed because any computer Ive ever had has always run slow. Ive been waiting to post anything because I wanted to make sure everything went smoothly for a while first. This new (used) computer runs great & very fast. Im very happy with their service.

Dropped of an unused Dell All-in-One that was acting up (screen locked up). Quickly diagnosed that one of its two drives had failed. Replaced the SATA style drive with a solid state, and the desktop now screams speed wise.Could not ask for better or faster service, and a complete explanation of the issues and what was to be done, in laymans terms.Fast, courteous service at a great value.

Courteous, efficient, and they know their stuff. Very helpful in finding best fixes while being mindful of price. Had 3 different laptops fixed there (from low budget laptops to a very expensive one) and all worked well after. Glad they are in town. Its like having a geek-buddy down the road.

Went in today and a very nice kid was there. He was definitely helpful. I asked him a lot of questions about their used computers without any pressure to buy. Though I didnt buy anything today, I will definitely go back and give them my business.

This is a cute little family-owned shop, but they really do great work. My laptop that I use for work got completely soaked, so that I half expected it wouldnt work at all. But they were very careful with it and got it dried, cleaned, and good as new, and I had it back and ready for work in a couple of days. On top of that, they were friendly and professional, and made the whole process very easy. I highly recommend this business.

I dropped off my computer Tues, found out Thurs it couldnt be fixed due to no available parts. Fairly reasonable, they will charge for diagnostics if there is a need for any disassembly (currently $45). I wasnt really provided any alternatives or options other than to recycle my computer and pay a fee to recover my data. They just simply told me my motherboard was damaged and they couldnt find a part. Quick turnaround.

I highly recommend Laptop Repair in Castle Rock! They assessed my computer issue and did not charge me for taking a look at my issue. While the expense of the repair does not make financial sense with the age of the computer, I will definitely go back to them whenever I need computer work done. I had a unique situation with my Dell (all in one) It was was running Extremely slow from all the stuff that was loaded - intentionally or unintentionally over the last few years. I tried to do a factory reset that did not work and was going in circles. Now what? Buy a new one or let these guys try to figure it out? For a very reasonable price, they ran diagnostics and reloaded a clean version of Windows 10 and this baby is running lightening fast now. So glad I did not spend an arm and a leg on a new one! Stop fretting, stop looking for repair shops...these guys are the best!My Lenovo laptop was roughly handled going through security at an airport. When I tried to use it onboard the plane, I got a constant hum from the processor and fan, a blank screen and then ultimately, a shut down that would not restart. No power, no anything. I normally back-up my data regularly but because of my travel, I had a lot of work on my desktop that had not been saved and was fearful of all that I had lost.I took my brick to Duke at Laptop repair and explained what had occurred. He described the process he would employ, gave me a fair estimate of time and cost and more importantly, the assurance that he could likely fix the problem but most certainly recover my data.Two days later and ahead of schedule, I had my laptop back and, working better than ever. I might add that I was able to pick it up on a Saturday which enabled me to complete my work before Monday meetings. My laptop suddenly shut down and would not turn on. I wasnt sure if it was a problem with the laptop or power supply. Took it into Laptop Repair and Tim quickly tested the charging system and the power supply which checked out OK He then suggested there might be a quick fix and within 30 seconds had the computer rebooting!!! The guy with short black spiky hair told me my hard rive crashed and its not worth giving me a free diagnosis. Like my computer had aids and he didnt want to touch it. It was going to cost at least 200 for a new hard drive and up to 1500 for data recovery. I Went to a real computer repair place next and he sprayed air in my fan port and my computer turned on. 25 bucks got it fixed. Looks like these guys have no idea what there doing. Ill be going to computer Marc in the springs from now on

After years of downloading costly instant fix-it software, my laptop was full of junk and slow. Combine this with a botched do-it-yourself job of installing an internal battery and my laptop was a mess. Yesterday I took my laptop in to be fixed. After further diagnosis, it showed I needed a completely new keyboard & touchpad.
