Tonys recent tree trimming services on our property was outstanding in every respect. For example, in planning that task, he was scheduled to arrive at our home two days ago at 4 p.m., but arrived there at 3:40 p.m. Immediately, he began reviewing the trees to trim and concluded his study in about 10 minutes. His verbal description was so professional that his Ace Handmans bid immediately was accepted by this customer and communicated to his home office. The staff there promply scheduled Tonys project at our home to take place two days later (Thursday, Sep. 9, 2021). As planned, he arrive at this customers home and drove up our driveway 15 minutes early. Immediately, he unloaded his equipment and began to trim dead limbs from three cottonwood that have grown over our driveway. Then he quickly loaded the trash onto a vehicular flatbed and completed his project 50 minutes later . . . far sooner than anticipated with a final cost to this customer of roughly half of that originally predicted. Outstanding service in every respect!

Mike was on time and started working quickly. We asked him to install a handicap bar on our tub wall. However, where we wanted it installed, he knew that there were no studs there and the bar might pull out when we tried to use it. He suggested an alternate placement and permanently attached it. Since he had some minutes left on his hour, we asked him to put up some curtain rods in the living room. We didnt expect getting this done by him and were thrilled with the great job he did. We will definitely call ACE again when we need a handyman.

Most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. In floor heat does not work right, shower floor is not leveled right, grout has not been finished, drywall is a mess, and have not seen the owner since project started in June!

From start to finish this was an excellent experience. The nicest part was getting a craftsman out here with little notice and having the job completed quickly! Tony went to work immediately and took care of removing doorway trim so we could get a sectional into our basement. He replaced it and reinstalled the stair rail - looks exactly as it did before he started working. Thank you!

Travis is an exceptionally polite, knowledgeable handyman who works efficiently without wasting time or taking shortcuts. I had 2 ceiling fans with lighting kits assembled and installed, 2 wall lights mounted, a screen door re-hung on the tracks, ac filter changed, two small furniture assembles, floating shelving mounted, several photo frames and a mirror hung . . . In about 6 hours time, including lunch. Exactly as requested, surpassing all my expectations. Ill certainly use ACE again.

Travis was AMAZING! Best Buy said they couldnt install our dishwasher correctly, and that it needed a bracket attached to the granite countertop. They wanted $149, and then the tile guy to attach it would be another $100. Travis got it installed perfectly, with no need for a bracket. He also got my leaky gutters sealed. He was prompt and very professional. Would definitely recommend this service to anyone!

Michael and Yadin arrived ready to tackle my projects. They removed some very heavy items left by the previous owners and were cheerful and polite throughout the time they worked. I will definitely call on Handyman Matters for my next project!

I am a real estate agent and I often need a handyman very quickly. This company has always had fantastic customer service and are EXTREMELY reasonably price. They always get to the job right away and they call you and let you know when they are going out.

Lazaro was fast, efficient, did everything I wanted and found a couple of things I hadnt noticed. I am very, very satisfied.

BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT HIRE!!!! If I could give 0; stars, I would...but this site won&'t allow you to leave a review unless you click 1-5. Prior to the purchase of my new property/house, ReMaxx received a quote from Handyman Matters - work to be done: replacing trim around garage door, replacing seal on bottom of garage door, mudding and taping 1/2 wall between the garage and interior of the house, sealing space above garage door, and cleaning (2) windows and replacing handles if needed. Handyman Matters arrived on the date that they were told to arrive - good start. They arrived on time - also great, at 9:00AM, which they promised; however, I was at my closing and met them as soon as I could, at 9:30AM. I never received an invoice after they left nor did anyone talk to me from the time they arrived until they left about what they were doing. The only reason they talked to me was because my garage door was locked and they had to ring my doorbell to get back inside to get their tools. The workers were never there throughout the day, coming and going - no idea why they wouldn't stay at the work site. They never talked to me from the time they came into my home. They never told me what they were doing. They did what they wanted to do. It was not what was on the work order. I never received any receipts for anything they did or what they were doing. Not once did they ask for my approval on the work they were doing - they literally did what they wanted which was not what was on the work order. They did not replace the seal on the bottom of the garage door, they spray foamed it instead (AGAIN, NOT WHAT WE INITIALLY DISCUSSED AND I NEVER APPROVED OF THIS CHANGE). They said they would clean (2) windows and replace handles if needed - the person that spoke to me didn't even know what type of windows they were and told me all that was needed was cleaning - which is exactly what I asked them to do. All they did was bend the metal frame which could have damaged more of the window. No cleaning was done!! I was charged for (8) hours of labor + $160.00 of materials where no receipts were produced. They never told me that they were needing extra materials or let me know that they were going somewhere to get them. I had no clue and would expect a professional service to inform their client of every little detail. This is my money and my house and they were hired to perform certain tasks. I expected them to operate in a professional manner and I was completely shocked when I received my invoice. The additional full-day package was $625.00 which was (8) hours of adjusting (2) Pella windows, trimmed the interior walk door at the garage, installed trim on overhead doors, mud taped 1/2 wall and sealed space above the garage door. They charged me $785.00 to do this. They did not replace the seal on the bottom of the garage door - they thought that foam would work. That's not what was quoted. I'm not sure if that would have cost them less to do or if they increased it on their own to make a greater profit - I would have appreciated it if someone told me and gave me a reason of why they thought that route would be better. Clearly, that was not communicated. I have never, ever experienced such a disservice and I feel they tried to take advantage of me the whole time. This is a company you would not want to deal with. My husband was a general contractor and built custom homes for over 30 years. I do know a thing or two about how to operate a business as I assisted with the financials. We always provided our clients with receipts as well as asked for their every approval prior to working on anything. I don't know of any company that would just come in and do what they would like to do and charges what they would like to charge and not think that their customer would want a receipt, time of work/purchases, and transparent communication about each work item that they origina...
