Im not sure why we continue to pay $100 per year for membership. This club no longer carries some of my most purchased items like Shout for my laundry or Black Diamond Sharp Cheddar in the tub. I could make a much longer list which I did on their website but noone ever called me back so Im thinking this local club is on autopilot where the management team doesnt care. Signage is missing all over the store & a lot of them dont match the item stocked below it. The bathrooms were not cleaned and the associates have the I dont know, did you look online phrase down pat. If I wanted to shop online Id order from Amazon and save my $100 annual membership fee. The gas has gone up too, yes I know it has went up everywhere but Sams is now the same price as everyone else so where am I saving on my membership other than 79 cents cheaper on creamer????

I find it disappointing that the fuel station is not open for members using scan and go at any time. There is no reason that members should not be permitted to purchase fuel at any time. The Military exchange shuts down some fuel stations at night, but authorized patrons are permitted to purchase fuel at any time. The scan and go function using a members sams club app can function without any need for members to need supervision to purchase any time. Please allow to us to be able to purchase fuel at any time with our apps.Thank you

Love shopping here. My go to grocery store or necessities. Only thing is for almost 3 months now the cafe has yet to order cheese for the pretzels. Not sure if its not getting across to management that there out or what but me and my family would appreciate to have cheese with our delicious pretzels.
Didnt have our small flavor bombs tomatoes. Disappointed...
Great place to shop! I love coming here for all my bulk needs. Staff is friendly. The Scan and Go app is one of the coolest things. I love the self checkout too.
This store is good but it is just the wife and i alot of products are packed in bulk and two cannot eat or store this much
Went in for the optometrist for my daughter. Very kid friendly, yet professional and kept me informed.
The staff here is more willing to help then any Sams Club that I have visited. Kudos to the folks that provide such great customer service.

Got to go to Sams club. Enjoyed it and still have good prices on things I needed. They changed store around so had to spend a little extra time on finding things but all is good.
Glad they do not harrass people about wearing masks. They leave it to their option.
Nothing stay in the same place so everybody has to walk around more to find there regular things. Thanks sam for more social contract.

I don’t care about the rest of the store, but the tire department is absolutely horrible never ever get tires from Sam’s in Casper. I took my vehicle in for tire rotation and waited over an hour, just to have them tell me that they couldn’t do it because I took a special lug key and they didn’t want to break mine, because it looked a little bent(which they did the last time I had my vehicle at Sam’s tire shop and they over torqued my lugs). I asked why they didn’t call me earlier, and they said they were just about to. Besides them making me wait, and obviously not wanting to go to a little extra work the tire employees just don’t care about other peoples time. Two days later, I rotated the tires myself -with my bad lug key. Also, it is very hard to get an appointment just to get in the shop. I think Sam’s would do better to outsource this to another company that actually cares.

One cashiers open and said she couldnt call another, very rude teller. 10 people in line. Ridiculous!
We always have a nice shipping experience at Sams. Was looking for a brisket to smoke and they only had one out. I asked the butcher if they had any more. He said sure do and brought out 3 more to look at. I bought a nice brisket and Im very happy. Bought some other staples also.

Horrible customer service was put on hold by Laukisha for 12min to have her hang up on me before even helping me. After then calling back Laukisha was RUDE and horrible and was laughing at the things with another lady by her. I just wanted a sku verified before coming in. She said nope and then hung up on me.... not even a sorry nor even offer to look at other stores available stock. She needs a training on customer care and phone manners.

First time in Sams since early March 2020. Good selection of what we needed. Meat selection was low. No Clorox wipes. Some Lysol. Nice produce selection. Store was clean and the employees friendly. Overall, good experience.
We like the things Sams offers, we shop there along. But it is frustrating when all of a sudden they no longer carry an item, a well known, popular item, and its just no longer being sold at Sams. So we go to Walmart and get it, golly
Used the Scan and Go feature on app today for first time... takes a bit getting used to it, but nice to see running total, then just pay through app and head for the door. They scan QR code on phone as receipt and you are done, dont have to scan card or handle scanner gun...

I went in and they stated my membership had been canceled. I had just paid it a month or so ago and upgraded to plus. I buy all my sons diabetic meds here and have been for months. A friend said I could sign up under his but I had to pay. Ok so I paid. I was at the customer service counter trying to get the situation. A gentleman was there. I. Not going to give his name here. But if management reaches out I wil tell them. This person said he couldnt help me I asked for a supervisor. I turned around my son sees the guy flip me off. Everyone was worried about getting InTrouble instead of taking care of the customer. This is happening everywhere. The customer is being treated poorly. Yes he flipped me off in front of my 12 year old.
Scan and go is the best way to shop here. Fast and no lines.

It was terrible. Didnt find out until checking out I couldnt get two of something even though there was no labeling anywhere around the items. The lady at the check out was super rude. I would recommend taking business elsewhere where they can figure out how to put signs up and communicate with the customer
I was traveling home from Denver when I got stopped overnight in a snow storm in Casper. I needed to have new tires put on and so I stopped into Sams Club in Casper right when they opened. A gentleman named Oliver in the tire department was so nice and very helpful in recommending which tires for my vehicle. They were pretty booked but he had a little time before the first reservation got there, but he said he could probably fit me in before they got there. So we went over for a quick breakfast at Perkins and it was already done when we finished. Very impressed with this Sams Club and Oliver. I very much appreciate everything!
Too much beeping from their machinery. Ended up leaving the freezer section before getting what I needed. Just way to noisy and annoying. BEEP! BEEP! (In high pitch ear hurting tone) this was 11:00 am saturday.

Great place to shop. Been going to this store for years. Only reason I didnt go 5 stars is the bathroom was a little dirty and they were out of many items that were on display.

Very friendly staff but were out of some basic items I needed for home like paper towels and toilet tissue. Other than that good experience at the Casper store.
It is the only real bulk type store in Casper but its okay because it is a pretty good one. They have bulk versions of most of the things you buy at the regular grocery stores and then have clothes and small appliances too. The staff is usually pretty good and ready to help.

There is just something about Sam’s Club. I love it. Not every little thing- that’s what makes it great. Always on my destination list. Have been a Member for over 26 years. Shopped Sam’s throughout the lower 48 states.
I love this Sams Club. They always seem in stock of everything and the staff is always friendly and willing to help you. Its a lot less pushy than Wal-Mart is. And its always very clean. My favorite thing about it is the cheap snack foods you get to enjoy at their cafe. I like to stock up on my protein shakes which you can only find at Sams club.
Recently added new items fall and CHRISTMAS gift ideas already! Decent people and prices. Bakery fresh stuff daily. Members only gas prices are awesome!

Im disappointed. I spent a good hour+ using the Scan & Go app only to find when I went to check out it told me I had to go through the register & check out there. The very nice young woman was apologetic, said there had been issues like that & it had been reported to headquarters. So she checked me out as though I had never used Scan & Go. What a waste of my time. Im.sorry I didnt know until I was ready to head to the door. It would behoove Sams to get that working properly.
The limitations on products, that needs to stop. When you shop once a month that makes it hard to get what you need.
Stopped in for tires, great price, and the service was excellent and quick. Got out of there in 35 minutes. Was very surprised, but thats ok....
Rude employees, actually surly. Not just one but 2 of the 3 I encountered. I didn’t appreciate the lecture from the cashier because I didn’t want to upgrade my membership. The customer service desk has always had bad attitude problems and that was certainly demonstrated again this morning. I wasn’t returning anything, just had a question. The other customers in line appeared nervous about upsetting her. They had good reason, as she was out of control, but that’s common at this store. I’m tired of it and won’t be back.

The variety is amazing, the prices for the most part of pretty good, though you must check regular grocery stores on a lot of the items for pricing, sometimes the regular grocery store sale prices beat Sams Club.Taste-wise, Friday and Saturday are the two best days to go because they have multiple carts handing out demos of various edible goodies for people to try. The food items on demo or usually on sale as well so you can really save some money.

We ordered a pretty simple cake chocolate, all green frosting and say happy birthday in red.They were very rude as I was patiently waiting to pick up cake.They decided to make the cake how they want with all white frosting and green frame

First of all, let me start off by saying that my family has been shopping at Sams for years across the United States and have never had any issues like the one weve experienced at this Casper store. The employees seem to have some problems treating each other like respectable adults. I can easily compare it it to a middle school drama scene. Ouch, right? I dont believe that these individuals can honestly STEAL, toss under the bus, and talk nasty to their fellow employees and then turn around and treat a whole sea of new faces with that respect that their coworkers are deprived of. Needless to say, I will NOT be bringing my family back to this store again.
Bought a 55 LG smart 3D TV there that was a display, yes, but when it was purchased they had assured me all that was missing was 3 pairs of 3D glasses and the owners manual. When I got home I found that it was the wrong remote they gave me. I was told they had the remote and drove the 50 miles and stood in the store for two hours, only to find out that they actually did not have it. After many wasted hours and getting jerked around on the phone for the last two months, still no remote, cables that were supposed to be included, or the $50 included google play. None of these people seemed to care. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. If their call center would not have told me that they would send me a new remote the day that I drove to Casper, I would have returned it the next day. I just found out yesterday that they arent planning on doing anything about it and the manager on duty in Casper told me without managers approval they cannot take it back since 30 days have passed. The return policies and receipt do not say this anywhere-stating that I have 90 days, so they will be taking it back with managers approval or not-do not fall for this if they do it to you too. They are clearly full of crap and they obviously do not care about their customers. This incident has been such a frustration that my whole family is very close to canceling our memberships. If they had made it right and sent me the remote ($80) and the cables that are missing, or even acknowledged that it is their place to replace it would have been perfectly content and happy with the TV but instead of them losing under $100.00 replacing what they had told me was included, they would rather pretend like there is no issue at hand and they arent to blame. No credit offered, no sorry for the inconvenience and no help at all. Both the store and the number provided to call with problems are completely worthless. I am taking the TV back tonight and I am so excited to be done with it and I will just be purchasing one from a completely unrelated company.DO NOT BUY ELECTRONICS FROM THIS BUSINESS.Heck, if you can avoid it all together, dont buy anything from them!
