Great people and they did a great job I would recommend this method of moving to anyone especially if you need to store your belongings before youre in a new home.

I was passing through and this shop did a quick safety check on my ball hitch and receiver on the spot. I really appreciated the peace of mind on my equipment and they were very friendly. Great experience.

I found my experience here frustrating. They seem to be understaffed, and when I first came in the man there was brusque - he was working on something else and couldnt help me, which is fine, he was just a bit rude. The van I rented was great, but on my return I pulled up under the tent during business hours, and the sign says wait for someone to help you so I was waited. For 20 minutes. While five employees or so walked by completely ignoring me. Finally I just used my phone to return the thing. Its such a nice location, but I think customer service could improve quite a bit.

Well after reserving a truck six weeks ago, and suppose to be picking it up FOUR days from today, I got the call today that the “equipment” wasn’t going to be available for my pickup date. But that I could drive to Idaho or Montana to pick one up! Easily a 5-8 hour drive! Everyone told me to rent from Penske and not uhaul due to their customer service but they were cheaper so I opted the cheaper route. Definite mistake. I called Penske right after I got off the phone with uhaul and he was able to get me into a truck! With FOUR days notice!! It was a little bit more money, but worth it in a heartbeat. I will never recommend Uhaul to anyone for this reason alone. I have heard that their roadside assistant sucks but obviously can’t say from experience. Long story short, definitely pay the extra and rent from Penske.

Outstanding customer service at this location, highly impressed every time I visit.

Trailer Brakes were leaking, tire was nearly blown out and suspension nuts were loose. All of this together is a death sentence on a 1700mi road trip. Thankfully I actually looked at the trailer, unlike the U-Haul reps.But I gave them two stars because they did try to make it right, I was just delayed 36 hours.

Casper U-Haul store has very poor customer service but is a very clean store. I wish would of gone somewhere else...
