This is a beautiful place to stay when your loved one is in the hospital. The staff are incredibly kind and understanding. The room were very clean and included a welcome tray with some snacks and a decorative sticker. There was also food and meals in the commons area. Commons area also included a very new fridge, freezer, oven, enormous microwave, and a coffee machine. This place is truly amazing and was well worth a $50/night stay. It is run completely off of donations and is truly a home away from home. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

The up keep, maintenance and cleanliness is immaculate. They pay attention to detail and it shows. The young lady at the desk is fantastic and we understand she also does the housekeeping. She does an outstanding job, she is kind, friendly and remembers customers name.

The NEW Masterson Place is now open!! The finishing touches are still coming together, but we traveling patients have found it to be a truly lovely place to stay while being here for Medical appointments, diagnostic tests and treatments. This is your home away from home when you travel 60 miles or more.I had used the previous location out on Yellowstone, across the highway from some fine car dealerships. It was a nice place to go to, and I really liked that it was quiet especially at night. This new place is, too. However, now were just steps away from the Wyoming Medical Center. VERY convenient. Parking is in the hospital parking lot across the street from MP (Masterson Place). You are allowed to unload in front of MP, then it must be parked elsewhere, and I prefer the covered lot adjacent to the hospital; Safer from the weather such as hail and snow, for example.The bathroom can accommodate a wheelchair bound person, and the tub/shower unit is great for getting oneself clean and doing so safely. Plenty of well placed safety grab bars to ensure your safety. Bath towels are thick and thirsty, a luxurious treat. Theres a small area for kitchen purposes which included a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, an abundance of drawers and cabinets. Theres low pile carpeting, and vinyl flooring in the bathroom with a smooth but not slick nor too slippery surface.

They have always treated me respectfully and the rooms are always clean and disinfected.

Masterson Place is clean comfortable place to stay. Its real close to the hospital. And the help is real helpful.

This place is a God send. Beautiful new facility is so helpful to patients and family of Wyoming Medical Center. Wouldnt have been able to see my mom before she passed without this Fabulous place. Highly rerecommended. Thanks Materson, Laura Cramer & Anthony Krussow

What a beautiful facility and the best people! So blessed to have this available

The place is clean and people are very nice. But the mattress that my husband and I slept on was so hard that we had a hard time going to sleep. So if you have back problems or pain issues bring a mattress topper with you.
