Codie was super helpful! I had an issue that I had caused myself, but Codie was more than happy to go the extra mile and retrieve my package from a truck and let me personally place the correct items in my shipment. Thank you, Codie!
Horrible customer service!Went in because a package had been lost.It was a 3 piece parcel, only two of three packages were recieved, I told them that the reciever was a notary for the state of wyoming and was denying the authenticity of the signature he recieved, this package was delivered to a financial institution to not take proper precautions to insure it was all delivered and signed for is HIGHLY illegal. Will be filing a claim and demanding answers as to why this was tolerated or allowed. When I went in to speak to someone i was directed to a 1-800 number and virtually, got no help. Had to re-order and pay for the item that was lost.Unbelievable.
The ups needs to update their cities changed street addresses instead of saying the address doesnt exist. They sent my package back twice. I have other mail and packages that are making it to my house since January, when the changes were made..

Ordered a package paid extra for shipping then told them to drop it off at my apartment when they attempted delivery I was not there but at work and they left a note that it would be delivered the next day. I put a note on my door that if they could leave the package with the main desk. When I returned the next day my note was gone and shocker no package anywhere I then received a notification from Amazon saying that I would have to pick it up from the center when they were closed for the next 4 effin daysF ups, f the customer support .
We had a damaged refrigerator scheduled for pickup at our home. UPS then took a package delivered by FEDEX on the same day. They took the wrong package and shipped to Phoenix AZ. When we took the refrigerator to the drop off location at 1992 Revenue Blvd we realized what had happened. They refused to ship the refrigerator because the label had already been used. They refused to file a claim for the product they stole from our front porch. When we obtained a new shipping label, they refused to print it. They took zero responsibility for the huge mess theyve made and didnt even try to make it right.
If I could give 0 stars I would! Got a call this morning that they couldnt find my address. I verified my address and they said someone would be calling me within an hour to get directions. I waited around as long as I could no call. Had to go get some stuff done. Came back in, still no call. 5 hours later the local office was finally open so I tried to call them to figure out where my package is. They wont answer their phones. Called the 1-800 number again. Now Im waiting around another hour for someone to call me. This company seriously needs to get their act together! I paid for a company to deliver a package to my door not to their office 60 miles from me. FedEx has no problem finding my address and delivering! Makes me question whether I want to even want to do business with places who will only ship UPS.
They always make it easy and quick to make an Amazon return or a simple shipment.
I waited 3 weeks to get a special order item from Apple and when it finally arrived in Casper UPS sent it back to Apple claiming my business was closed and it could not be delivered. Complete BS, my business was open both days and at the time they claim the delivery was attempted. I received no notice or phone calls about the delivery. There were 4 of us including myself at my business during the attempted delivery time and the door was unlocked of course. The best part is I have video cameras outside facing the parking lot. The driver gets out and tries opening the locked door. The two unlocked doors are right there, but instead of simply opening the door he jumps back in his truck and drives away! He can clearly see all of our vehicles are parked in front of the building. I wish Apple would use Fed Ex.
The customer service agent should get an award. He was super and would certainly make you want to use UPS.
My package showed an arrival scan on july 29. The was followed up with 7 more scans of departure and arrival at destination scans. This making 8 scans over 3 days in Casper, WY and it is still not delivered. Awesome service UPS!
In the past 3 deliveries, Ive had 2 bad experiences!First delivery, I took late lunch expecting a package. I was home with garage door open. Driver left DAMAGED product in my garage without ringing my doorbell. I had to fight with Amazon to return product and waive the $56 they wanted to charge for returning (heavy object).Second delivery Im guessing was OK, but Im traveling back home without seeing it.Third delivery (replacement for first), my wife TXT me saying that the driver essentially forced her to sign for a damaged delivery!In todays world, speaking to someone on the phone is next to impossible. Maybe thats a good thing right now the way Im feeling.Beth, the 3rd driver, is in a world of stink right now. Im not going to stop until I get a resolution over this, even if it means her job!

I really dont know how this place has a 3.5. I would definitely rate it a 0 if I could. The supervisor Amy is the worst supervisor there could be. I told her about a Christmas gift that was suppose to be here on the 14th and on the tracking say its in Casper. I called her she started giggling about the situation when I said it was making me mad and gave me zero information about my package.

Twice in the same week I didnt receive my parcel even though they say it was delivered. They wont tell me where it was delivered Tried several times to contact somebody and nobody answered.

Had a “next day air” envelope scheduled for the 23rd. It’s the 26th and still hasn’t left this “customer center” in Casper. The manager Laura or Lori hung up on me 2 times when I inquired about the package. Refused to give me her bosses number. What a joke. I would hand deliver something in -20 temperature before I gave them a dime.
